I travel a lot in the US and sample sushi all alomg the way. The UT roll was one of the absolute best sushi I have ever had. That sounds hyperbolic and cliché, but I can not stress enough how fantastic this was. It was fresh, creamy, and an almost emotional experience. You have Got to try this roll.
Driven by this place a lot, decided to get it today, I don't regret it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant, despite the negative reviews. As someone visiting from out of state, I found the hibachi here to surpass what I've had back home. The prices and portions are reasonable, and the service was excellent. The chicken was exceptionally tender and perfectly cooked, a delightful surprise given the small-town setting.
