Papa Johns Pizza

We’ve ordered several times online. Create our own pizza. It’s great you can select a day and time. They have never disappointed. Always correct, fresh, and hot. Thank you so much.

Ordered a garlic stuff crust and got a hand tossed for carry put. Gave me the wrong pizza. That's fine. But then still messed up the 2nd. I was tired at that point and my kids were hungry. But I still ended up having to pay more and STILL not get the right order. Got a cheaper version of the actual pizza I ordered 😕

Waited in the lobby for 10 min before I ever seen anyone. Just standing there looking at my order behind the counter getting cold not what people pay for

Pro tip: Order your pizza with extra sauce and use the rewards ap to save money. Saw reviews complaining about hardly no sauce, but most pizzerias skimp on the sauce, too. We do this every time. Just saying, this papa johns has never disappointed❤️ Way better than Dominos, Gondolier, and Little Caesars.

Given the location of the restaurant, I thought it was going to be just another papa johns pizza parlor. And it was. But my experience ordering, picking up and delivering the two shaqaroni's was anything but stagnancy. I've been to pizza parlors where it's been nothing but still, nobody and nothingness. First I ordered the pizza where the guy on the phone acted like he loved his job which was nice. Because who knows, on an off day, it may have pushed me to drink if he didn't show so much enthusiasm. thank God. After we had paid for the pizzas and I was directed to the store in an allotted amount of time, I drove from the mall in morristown to pick them up in my mother's car, when I pulled into the parking lot after around 27 minutes, I looked around and saw cigarette buts trash and a game stop then went inside where I was greeted by a very polite employee. She asked, how could she help me I told her I was here to pick up for Dakota. She brought me the two shaqaroni's and two 2 liter bottles of soda. I thanked her and then drove my mother's car back to her as I know she was worried about it's well-being. I drive slow most of the time. Especially when there's pizza in the front seat.

I'm crowdfunding these people a new pizza cutter cause clearly they don't know how to use one. Pizza is fine, though.

Miscommunication with order is one thing. That happens, but when trying to ask for clarification about where my 4th box was, It's fine that it never got rung up. But the woman with blue hair has got to be the rudest person I've ever interacted with in food service, food is fine. Her attitude isn't.

Disgusting! An employee has a beard about a foot long with no beard net. Why are no ones wearing hair net? It’s food preparation y’all. I think the health department should pay you a visit.

Pizza was cooked perfectly but not cut and my garlic knots were just knots.. no garlic

got the wrong order and they refused to give us the right one just because it was through doordash saying to get our money back. we didn’t want the money we wanted our wings. the girl manager was rude since the beginning.

Honestly not bad, I've been going here for years and the food and service has been consistent. They seem to do a better job at hiring than most places as they are always nice and respectful. They always get a tip from me. The dining area is really just a waiting area with a few chairs and two small tables, one on each side. The staff was nice enough to pull the tables together for us one time when we wanted to grab a quick bite indoors instead of taking it to go.(out shopping)

First sandwich here, looked good, smelled good, good size, full sized foot long. Worst Pastrami I’ve ever had. Tough, stringy, hard to eat. Threw half away. Sad because I’ve heard better about them.

2nd time this week with poor service. Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Got home almost no sauce on any of the pizza. Called them to get it corrected. They could care less. My kids where hungry so I only had them replace one . Had to make another trip back to pick it up . I might have to just quit going there all together. Not good at all.
