Just Awful. First time through the drive threw got to the window, they had no clue what our order was! We repeated it, waited 15 minutes they finally gave us our food. We park, the order is wrong go back through drive threw tell them again they say pull around, while sitting in the line the women walks out to the car and asks again, we tell her. We get to the window finally get my burger but the rudeness an awful stairs when they are the ones not doing their job. Just Awful 😔

Love the food but seems to take forever anytime I go here. Also every time I order a normal Fritos chili wrap, I always get a small one. So I always waste 2 dollars because they always give me a small wrap regardless of what I order. So tonight I waited 20 minutes on my food, got the wrong size wrap and wasted my money. Ridiculous.

We sat at the drive thru forever before someone took our order, then we ordered 4 slushies and a drink and when we finally got them one of was wrong and 2 were absolutely undrinkable my cherry limeade slushie was white.

I'm addicted to Sonic Blast with M&M's, I am always getting them. I live in Dandridge so it would be easier for me to go to the one here or in White Pine but for whatever dumb reason they don't sell large blasts anymore and they don't have Rose! Rose at the Jefferson City Sonic is such an awesome person! She's always smiling and happy and she makes me laugh on top of giving me excellent service every time I go.

They have good foot long cheese coneys. They have good milkshakes as well.
I was asked to give a review I am guessing they thought the service and quality was good. Surprise. 1st they do not have their correct phone number listed online or the receipt. 2nd the shakes were melted on the second I got them. 3rd they did not supply the groovy sauce with the fries. 4th if you advertise a chocolate brownie blast then why is it not chocolate. I assume most people expect the brownie to be chocolate, so that would not beed be reiterated in the name. YOU may want consider your performance before asking someone to give you a review.

They punish delivery drivers by making them go and wait in the drive thru line because the car hops don’t get the tips. What they fail to realize is that most of the time drivers don’t get a tip either. Waiting in that line eats into the drivers time and money as well as the customer that has actually paid more than usual for the service. They need to look at delivery drivers as the proxy for their customer. Very poor customer service.
Traveling Through
First, they were rude to my husband, and then they messed up our order. Twenty minutes later, we finally got the two milkshakes we originally ordered. Then they claim the payment did not go through even though the kiosk claimed it did. They didn't even bring us straws to drink the shakes with. When we finally did get to drink the shakes, they tasted like watered-down milk. I am beyond disappointed. At this point, I'm just angry. Y'all need to do better.
