Not the workers fault I’m giving a 1 star. We aren’t allowed to ask for extra anything. You can’t have it “your way”

My most recent order at Subway in Jefferson City, Tennessee was an absolute disaster. I have been a long-standing customer with this particular restaurant but after this order I refuse to go back. Upon receiving my order I noticed right away that the order was nowhere near correct. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was told by an employee that his manager was not there, that he took off whenever he wanted to during his 8-hour shift. I was told to call back sometime. So I waited about 30 minutes and called back, got a hold of Jeff the manager and proceeded to tell him that my order was incorrect and inform him of what his employee said about him taking off all the time during his shift. Jeff proceeds to start yelling at me and telling me that I would not put him down for taking his breaks. I tried to explain to Jeff three times that I was not putting him down, I was merely stating what his employee had said about him and that it was not good to inform customers that he was taking off whenever he felt like it. He continued yelling at me so finally I told him, I did not call you to argue. I called you to get my order corrected. He proceeded to put my name on a list so I can come in at my convenience and get my order redone and at this point I asked him for his regional managers contact info. He stated he would contact her and have her call me, which he did and upon talking to her she said she would investigate this situation. I do not appreciate being yelled at and accused of saying something that I did not say. To me this is bad business practice for your employees to states such things and for the manager to be yelling at a customer over the phone.

Ordered online went to pick up my order took it home opened it to eat and both sandwiches were made incorrectly so I drove back over there and showed the older woman that was there making the sandwiches. I spoke to at first she argued that she did not make them wrong then after staring at your seat for about a minute, she finally realized that she had. So she demanded the other sandwiches back and disgruntley remade the sandwiches. I heard her walk to the back and slam a door before coming back upfront to finish remaking the food. I waited for them to be remade even giving them the receipt so they knew exactly what was supposed to to be on the sandwiches upon returning home I opened them up to see both sandwiches had been made wrong for a second time in a row

Ordered two footlongs. The bread was hard, the sandwiches were so sloppy made. The guy that made our sandwiches was very polite. He just doesn't know how to put the sandwiches together. Very sloppy and very hard to eat I was so disappointed when I got home with them. I have had bad experiences before with this Subway. It has been several months, so I thought I would try again. May be several months before I go back.

Employees were amazing. Efficient and courteous.
Only saw one employee but he quickly greeted me made my food and was super nice. Even though I came in about 15 minutes til close!

The wife and I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes, and no one said a word to us. I can forgive bad food... I can't forgive bad service. We left, and no one cared.

Ordered two sandwiches online. Subway is usually my go to for sandwiches.
The order made that indicates when your order is ready shows my order ready to be picked up at 2 minutes to 5, I come in and they're still building my order. It is unbelievable that these people ask for tips. It's fast food and you can't even get it done fast.
The atmosphere is like any fast food place except there is a mentally deranged man behind the counter flaunting a woman's hair cut with a two week old beard and forcing that hyper annoying queer lisp. I'll be going to a different subway from now on!

The 3 employees working tonight should be ashamed. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes with nobody else in front of me. When they finally started my 2 sandwiches, they toasted them & then left them on the counter OPEN for 20 minutes while they broke down & cleaned the counters & containers. They chose to leave my sandwiches open after being toasted while they started to clean & when I FINALLY got my sandwiches, they were ice cold. & mind you, I wasn’t there at closing. I was there at before 8. They didn’t have to decide to start cleaning in the middle of making my sandwiches. I have never been so disappointed & disrespected at a food establishment. Like I said, there were 3 of them. And none of them took it upon themselves to finish my food which would have taken 90 seconds. I stood there & waited while my food got ice cold for 20 minutes. So ridiculous.

The manager needs to know what customer service is. With an online order of 5 sandwiches and two customers with two sandwiches each in front of me I ordered a meatball sub toasted. I told him I wanted nothing else on it. He could have rung me up. Instead, it sat there, got cold and soggy. He never helped his associate to finish making those 9 sandwiches, instead, he goes and checks temps and inventory while standing there 20 minutes. I mentioned this to him and told me that he takes the customers in order and had an attitude about it. I understand that but he either should have helped the other guy and check temps later and put customers first or hire extra help. Very unprofessional. I don’t spend my hard earned money on bad service and cold meatball sandwiches. I’ll never go back to Jefferson City Subway!! Sorry management!! The associate was understanding and was on my side telling me that’s how the manager is.

The man who was in the front actually working and making the sandwiches and doing it all by himself was fantastic someone give him a raise he had dirty blonde hair with a goatee I didn’t read the name but I did read the name of MAMMA D. That lady was SITTING on the COUNTER beside the toaster to clean the meat cutter?!? Then she wasn’t doing anything to help the man who was actually working she just sat there telling him how to do his job like he doesn’t know how! He knows that everyone in there has been waiting forever for their food but it’s not his fault! He’s one man trying to make 4 footlongs for a man and woman who’s app wasn’t working but MAMMA D wasn’t helping him at all except giving away free sandwiches because everyone was waiting forever but we wouldn’t have been waiting forever if she would’ve just gotten up and helped him. Now yes, I saw that she had trouble standing but that didn’t stop her from moving off the counter to walk on the ground to get a stool to sit at the register but, that stool could’ve been moved to sit in front of the dressing area and she could’ve put the toppings on the stuff and rang it up. But I think that would’ve ran into her “getting out of there right on time”. I’ve worked in the food industry, you continue to help if the kitchen is drowning, even if it’s time for you to leave. That is the golden unspoken rule of food industry but clearly to MAMMA D she needs someone to verbally say that to her. I go to this subway a lot and I usually have a nice experience there; the workers are usually upbeat and happy. But today was different. I’ve never seen this subway like that or anyone act like that in there until I saw MAMMA D. I do not think she is fit to work there.
