The manager needs to know what customer service is. With an online order of 5 sandwiches and two customers with two sandwiches each in front of me I ordered a meatball sub toasted. I told him I wanted nothing else on it. He could have rung me up. Instead, it sat there, got cold and soggy. He never helped his associate to finish making those 9 sandwiches, instead, he goes and checks temps and inventory while standing there 20 minutes. I mentioned this to him and told me that he takes the customers in order and had an attitude about it. I understand that but he either should have helped the other guy and check temps later and put customers first or hire extra help. Very unprofessional. I don’t spend my hard earned money on bad service and cold meatball sandwiches. I’ll never go back to Jefferson City Subway!! Sorry management!! The associate was understanding and was on my side telling me that’s how the manager is.

The man who was in the front actually working and making the sandwiches and doing it all by himself was fantastic someone give him a raise he had dirty blonde hair with a goatee I didn’t read the name but I did read the name of MAMMA D. That lady was SITTING on the COUNTER beside the toaster to clean the meat cutter?!? Then she wasn’t doing anything to help the man who was actually working she just sat there telling him how to do his job like he doesn’t know how! He knows that everyone in there has been waiting forever for their food but it’s not his fault! He’s one man trying to make 4 footlongs for a man and woman who’s app wasn’t working but MAMMA D wasn’t helping him at all except giving away free sandwiches because everyone was waiting forever but we wouldn’t have been waiting forever if she would’ve just gotten up and helped him. Now yes, I saw that she had trouble standing but that didn’t stop her from moving off the counter to walk on the ground to get a stool to sit at the register but, that stool could’ve been moved to sit in front of the dressing area and she could’ve put the toppings on the stuff and rang it up. But I think that would’ve ran into her “getting out of there right on time”. I’ve worked in the food industry, you continue to help if the kitchen is drowning, even if it’s time for you to leave. That is the golden unspoken rule of food industry but clearly to MAMMA D she needs someone to verbally say that to her. I go to this subway a lot and I usually have a nice experience there; the workers are usually upbeat and happy. But today was different. I’ve never seen this subway like that or anyone act like that in there until I saw MAMMA D. I do not think she is fit to work there.

The 2 workers up front was doing a great job. Then the manager Brenda came up an started fussing for no reason. She just made this worse instead of helping. She should have not been making snide remarks or fussing at them in front of customers. She was very rude. Don't know if I'll be bad look or not. Allen wad very helpfully a great worker

Owed a bag of chips. Ugh... orded a combo with cookies. Chairs are white and you can see dirty hand prints on almost all of them. Maybe it was just today and they hadn't them cleaned yet. Sub bread was hard. I had it toasted and warmed guess I didn't know what I ordering. Was hard needed more flavor. Got a philly. 6 in. Lemonade was perfect. Cookies too. Negative got charged for chips when I didn't buy any.

Normally everything is good. I'm in there once a week because I manage a business a few doors down.
Something good... Sarah is amazing!

Today however I was in there with my daughter getting our same order. Using a corporate coupon for two subs. Price is always $16 and change after we add our three cookies. Today I was told that the coupon would not work on the same sandwich that I always get. I asked when did this change? I just got the same order a few days ago. The two employees working did not know. One employee said ring it up as something else so that it'll work. Well that didn't work either and the total ended up being $19 and change. I said that is not correct, the coupon was get two subs for 12.99. Adding the cookies should only be $16 and change.
The associate said the higher price is what it is.

Back to the sub that I usually order no longer being allowed with that coupon. We kind of need to know this up front at the time of ordering. Have seen signs at other locations in the past. Nothing was posted as of 4:30 this afternoon.
Not sure why today after ordering once a week since May that today became an issue ?

Ordered a foot long BLT double the bacon and only got 8 pieces of bacon total and was told that was double do to not know their job I'll not be back. Watch what you pay for at this place.

The flat bread is thin now like a tortilla. I got a flat bread 2 times to make sure it wasn't just a bad bake but it was still very thin after waiting 2 weeks to go back. That is not the normal flatbread they have always had. Plus they didn't even cut the sandwich. Very unimpressed and don't plan on coming back. The cashier was very sweet as always.

I ordered on the app. These employees need to READ the order. Extra pickles and I got 6…. Literally 6 on a foot long. My kids tuna was supposed to be just that. Tuna and nothing else. I spent 10 minutes picking a mountain of veggies off ??‍♀️ TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!

5 stars for the workers, I'd give the wait 0 stars. Store is overwhelmed with online orders and they can't wait on the customers standing in front of them. Workers were working super hard, even with 3 workers busting their hump they couldn't keep up and in store customers were walking out.

Ordered online had girlfriend pick up food and bring it home. Once i opened my bowl saw a small bug walking around in it. Showed her and had her take it back for a refund only to be told by staff that they don't have the ability to issue a refund.
