Very disappointed with this visit. Surprised by AI taking order #1...even tho efficient.. receiving the order not so much. Asked for fire sauce..0 in bag. Nacho fries soggy and cold. Ordered reg size drink..very sm for regular. I'm not even sure what item was disguised as what looked like a very lame soft taco with barely any ingredients on inside. Chips were burnt..noticeably with a burnt taste. #justwasted11bucks.

Taco Bell is suppose to close at 3a.m. And we got there at 2:55 and no one would answer in drive thru! I’m sure corporate wouldn’t like to hear that employees are shutting down early!

This store consistently makes food wrong, never has ice for their drinks, and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. This used to be one of the better stores, but now is easily one of the worst fast food places in Jefferson City.

I waited in line for 10 minutes last night just for them to be rude and throw our food at us and forget my drink. So we drove back around but the line was long and at a stand still so I walked up to the window and asked for my drink. The rude guy working the window said he wouldn’t talk to me through the window and refused to give me my drink that I paid for. Other people in line said they had to drive back through because they were missing half their order. The store was locked so no one could go inside and the guy at the window refused to talk to me. This store is terrible. And they purposefully didn’t give us receipts. No point in calling the store because he made it clear he didn’t care. Corporate needs to get control of this store.

This is the worst Taco Bell and it used to be the best. I wouldn’t even write a review if this didn’t happen every time I go. They’re the only thing open after 12 that’s close to my job. They never give me or my coworkers ice in our drinks and consistently make our food wrong or it’s been sitting out.

Worst Taco Bell franchise, I ordered a cheese quesadilla with guacamole paid 5.49 plus tax and this is what I got. This is ridiculous.
Nov 7 update. This Taco Bell continues to under portion their menu items and being carless with the preparation of the food.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Cashier Nicholas M. is horrible. He is very rude and when we asked for the sauce he forgot to give us, he gave us 3 packets for the 5 items we ordered. When we asked for more, he gave us 2 more packets. The order was all supposed to be vegetarian and we asked Nicholas if it was correct and he verified it was. Turns out, half of the order had meat on it. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Talbott one, it’ll be worth it.
