Overpriced

Went in to order, no signs or communication stating you have to order at the koisk. At least 3 employees looked me in the eye and didn't say a word. Left without food. Had I known you have to order at the koisk, I would have done so. Stood there 10 minutes at least. Will not go back.

I ordered a quesadilla with a starry to drink. The drink was completely flat and the quesadilla was not even cut.

Had to order at kiosk. Paying cash, nothing said I had to go up and pay first. Wasted 15 minutes waiting for my order and it hadn't even been processed yet. Plus not one worker looked out into the restaurant the whole time.

I love Taco Bell but this particular location needs to work on their customer service and quality control. Our drive-through order was wrong, we ordered 5 crunchy Taco Supremes. Two of the tacos had no tomatoes and I could detect no sour cream. The speaker system was poor, we had to repeat ourselves a lot, so I thought that maybe the girl heard us wrong. so I went in to ask them to correct it. The girl who "helped me" didn't listen to me, and was rude and condescending. She took the bag, briefly looked at it, and then announced loudly to the staff that even though the order was "correct" she wanted them to make it over. Why would I take the extra time to go into a store after going through the drive-through if my order was correct? If a Taco Supreme is missing tomatoes and you CAN'T see the sour cream...it is not correct and I am not paying extra. I sent a complaint to their corporate office asking them to follow up. They did not. If you want to be treated like dirt, then buy your tacos there. I will not go back!!

They mess up my orders all the time. Even if you check the bag and count they don't get the items correct. Check your bag and actually look at them to make sure it's correct
