Food was good but the little girl at the window today. 10/24 at 1:52 pm needs to take the AirPod out and act more professional and look at customers when talking to them. Just needs better attitude all together.

If I could give 0 I would! Horrible service! Has a sign posted that says free frosty jr if your not greeted within a minute because we care about service yea right! I sat there patiently and then when I finally got greeted I said something about it and she questioned me on if I had been there and I said yes I watched you move this and that around look at me and say nothing. Then when what looked like the store manager came over to bag my order she bagged it but literally put EVERYTHING upside down! All of my fries and chicken nuggets are in the bottom of the bag because of the way she put them in the bag! Uncalled for and very unnecessary! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Cold food served through the drive thru. Very disappointing. I travel a lot, so i am always on the go. I usually do not go back and complain. I just keep on moving. Not only were the potato wedges cold but stale. Other than that staff very friendly and lots of smiling faces.

Wonderful service, AC is amazing! Easy access location, drive thru and parking available with both inside dining and outside seating. Clean environment-Friendly staff… and the food is amazing! As always -Always fresh! Best Wendy’s I have eaten at across America! Well Done!

We ordered a couple of crispy chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. We were the only ones in line, and the order was taking a while. I assumed the food was being cooked fresh. When we got down the road and started eating, the buns were stale, the food was lukewarm, and the fries were cold.
I will not be going back to Wendy's cause the whole purpose of going there was to get sausage on my biscuits. Which i called them about it and they said that's what you ordered. So needless to say very disappointed in them!!! Should have went to McDonald's atleast they give you what you want. Thanks for nothing Wendy's 😠🤬

Let me say this, I will never ! Eat at this location again, you have poor management, leaving a new girl upfront that didn't ring our order up correctly, not her fault no one was up there helping her, but when I ask for hot fresh food to be dropped because im pregnant and fries or nuggets mildly warm make me sick, one lady cut her eyes at me and when I sat down to eat my food fries and nuggets not fresh after saying they would drop it, Immediately went to the bathroom vomiting, burgers were good, but when I pay for food I want hot food, also the smell inside of this store, clearly nothing is being sanitized well and I'll be calling corporate tomorrow . No reason to ever do people like this ! I was told not to cause a scene but my family absolutely will never step back in here , all our burgers except one was rung up correctly if I order a double stack with bacon and tell you all I want on it is ketchup and mayo and you take the bacon off what was the point of getting that burger with bacon ? No more!

Night shift sucks everytime I go there, always rude as hell for no reason, if you hate your job find a new one:) oh and the food is always cold and sucks too. Maybe have them make fresh food at night instead of just leaving a bunch in the warmer

If I could leave a zero I would the food was disgusting. Even my client couldn’t even eat it. Big waste of money ordered a diet root beer and got a Diet Coke weren’t even busy. Couldn’t even get an order right not even the burgers gave me juniors instead of regular.
Wendy's, now charges .55 cents for sauces....
