“We just pulled out of the parking lot after making a stop on our way home from Gatlinburg. I was very impressed with the young man who waited on us (Cody I believe) our orders were prompt and correct. This young man was friendly, respectful, and using manners along with flashing his beautiful smile! So much negativity toward others these days-especially youngsters, so I wanted to make sure he knew we appreciated him! God bless and thanks!“

“The service is great, but they need 2 sandwich makers. After they move, they will need a drive-thru worker and 2 sandwich makers. You always have a long wait, but once your turn comes up, the worker is courteous, accommodating, and patient. I usually have 3 sandwiches at least, it doesn't change your service.

Vegetarian options: You customize your order. If you want something besides a veggie and bread, they have veggie patties and chopped salads that are fully customizable. Probably only vegetarian food option available at Exit 161, Jellico TN exit.“

I have to say McDonald's in Jellico are hands down the best. I ordered my food to go & I was the first to the window to pay, my order was completed, & handed out quickly..Everything was actually made perfect .. WAY TO GO MICKIE DEE'S..
I ordered 2 number 5 breakfast combos, which were the Mcgriddle Bacon egg cheese
And added a special mcgriddle with bacon and cheese only Med Sprite & Large French Vanilla Ice Coffee with added Xtra 2 pumps of sugar & 2 cream. made it just right for me & these picky taste buds ?

I have to say the service was great. Employees were all smiles to be working so early on "Moody-Monday's". .

Becky, was the manager and she also assisted her employee, making sure everything on my order was correct..

“As a truck driver, it's rare to have availabile something other than McDonald's or Subway. As this LJ Silvers is right next to Pilot, I try to stop as often as I can! “Last Friday evening my husband and I visited this Cook Out and had THE BEST service we could've ever asked for. We were in town with a group of 19 total people who ALL wanted Cook Out for dinner. I had a little notebook with all their orders and Kaylyn (unsure of how she spells it) took our order patiently, kindly, and VERY helpfully. When I was unsure of exactly what the written order meant, Kaylyn helped me decide what would probably be the best choices, as she is very familiar with the whole menu and I'm definitely not. When I was done saying the whole order, there were already 11 meals prepared and ready to go. It was so incredibly fast! We ordered 19 different meals and a bunch of shakes, and when we were passing out food to our group it was all present AND correct. The food turned out to be delicious and just what we needed after a few hours at Kentucky Splash. This Cook Out treated us so well, and I'm so thankful for Kaylyn's help and calm when I was super stressed about feeding all these people from the same place. 100% recommend this location!“

“I have been to this restaurant several different times and had a few different experiences. Generally, the restaurant interior is clean, although a few times the tables have not been wiped down from the previous guests. My order has been accurate every time and fulfilled to standard. The customer service is not particularly friendly, however, it hasn't been unpleasant.My one wish would be for smaller sizes in some of their options, because I don't want the large portion sizes. For me, dairy Queen is a treat, but even the small size is far too large. I would actually go more often if they had smaller sizes. But I suppose it is what it is.Overall, if you are looking for a place to take your kids for a treat, the environment is decently clean and enjoyable. My kids have loved their daddy time at dairy Queen!“

“got the $7 luxe cravings box, comes with 4 items plus a drink! and i swear whoever made my food they deserve a raise! i absolutely loved it! taco bell is my go to place and this is the taco bell to go to, they made everything perfect and the burrito was FULL! i couldn’t even finish it, so worth $7 so cheap and it’ll fill you up! will be coming back again soon, 10/10 to this taco bell and the workers there ❤️“

“Fast food has gone cold hearted but when I went to burger king not only was I greeted with a smile but she asked if I wanted ketchup with my fries. I about cried cause no fast food places do this and by the time I get back to work it’s to late to get ketchup. The food was great and I had ketchup with my fries. Ty Burger King for caring about the little things that make a good meal great! It’s been a year since I have been to Burger King because one bad experience but the service and food has changed it meets standards. Ty for all your effort to make it great again. I will return.“

“I want to give a big shout out to Maddie (I think that was her name, dark hair and braids) we stopped on the way home and she was all by herself with 6 people in front of us, and she was so calm and really kept everyone chill and she worked her butt off. I know it is hard to keep people, but Shane on the manager for not coming in to help her when the other person didn’t show up- but I digress. This is about her and what a wonderful job she did on Saturday Aug 3! You go girl! I would have locked the doors and said I was going home until I got help, so kudos to her. That type work ethic is hard to find now a days (just look at the person that didn’t shore up at all) if you are ever in Louisville, call me- I will find you a great job!!!
