“Have tried place dining room, take out, and drive thru, receiving much faster service through the drive thru. The food seems to be made FRESH, and the staff are busy minded, but generally friendly. They typically have SPECIALS, so make sure and ask. If you're a veteran let them know, and depending on the employee your discount will be 5%-10%. Not sure why there is a variance in discount, and perhaps it's a training issue. Lovely location overlooking the Cumberland River, so stop by, and see what you think!“

“This McDonald's in Pineville, Ky. is one of the best we have visited. Good food and great service. A very nice place to dine in as this is a nice and quiet place. We have been here several times and will go back again.💯😊“

“The employees were so nice. I was performing in a show next-door and I needed water, but I had already eaten so I wasn’t going to buy any food. They were so nice and offered me water and let me come back to refill it a few times as well. They were so friendly and never made me feel bad for stopping in and asking for some help! I really appreciate them and thought they were so kind. I obviously can’t attest to the food, but the service was lovely and it was very clean, bright, and spacious!“

“Almost always takes a couple minutes to get your food after ordering it so it kinda fails as a "fast" food place, but the food always comes out hot and fresh. Best burger meat in town too (restaurant wise). Though I'm never in any real hurry so for me personally it's great! Also fun to joke around about what they may be doing in the back room with whoever is in the car with you while you wait for your order.“
