First experience at 7 Brew Johnson City. Pulled into lane with two cars in front of us and two or three in other lane. Girl taking orders in our lane actually got into the car in front of us with her iPad, another girl came outside and leaned in to the driver’s window, and they chatted while at least four other cars were served on the other side. Probably took us extra ten minutes which is not that long unless you realize it’s because the employees are visiting with their friends with no regard for other customers who are waiting. Would not normally leave a bad review but noticed I’m not the only one this has happened to at this location.

Johnson City hands down the best Greeneville tn location such a disappointment I will drive 45 miles for great iced coffee.. it's always good never hit or miss like Greeneville 7 brew
Unfortunately I had my 1st bad experience at a Seven Brew. I pulled in because there was only 2 cars in drive through(I had frozen groceries in my vehicle) so I thought, perfect. I pulled in behind an suv and about 3 employees were standing there talking to what appeared to be a younger girl in suv. I thought maybe they were waiting on an order. They stood there and kept chatting and a couple girls gave me that side look, I guess to see if I was getting upset(they knew). I waited...another girl came out and handed a half drank cup into the suv, to taste and they passed it back out. Sat some more. 2 cars were served in the line next to me at this point and I couldn't back up as a car pulled in behind me. Anyhow, I have never experienced this before so it through me off. If no one is in line sure, but as soon as you see others rolling in you should move that friend along and take care of your customers. I will be back but hopefully dont experience that again.

I came to this place for the first time and didnt know what the menu was, but Sam helped me choose the perfect coffee and it was delicious. She was very helpful and friendly. The drinks I ordered were great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough how much I love 7 brew. My partner and I get 7 brew every Saturday and Sunday. We mainly get the energy drinks because they are so good. My favorite is Orange Sherbet energy and my partners favorite is cherry cobbler energy. On top of the great drinks, the service at this location is top notch! Always so friendly and personable!
