The coffee is always pretty good but I don't like the atmosphere much. It's so loud with the music that gets overwhelming. But you're only in line a few minutes because they go pretty quick so I can deal with it. You can link your phone number and make points and get free drinks which is nice. But just like any other place where you get coffee if you pay with a card, it's always going to ask you the little question at the end and then the guilt trip tip solicitation. I always end up tipping even though I think tipping culture is way out of hand nowadays. I guess that kind of makes me seem like a jerk but I can think of a lot of jobs that should get a tip and don't like nurses policemen doctors correctional officers lol. Anyway the coffee's worth it.

Normally I have no complaints until today. I ordered one thing and got something totally different. I told her exactly what I wanted, how hard can that be. She kept saying when she pulled up my phone number it was showing what I usually get so that’s what she gave me. If I wanted what I usually get I would have ordered it. So disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered.

My visit to 7 brew on N Roan St in Johnson City, TN, was phenomenal today! I hadn’t been in a while, but I decided to try something new with my kids after picking them up from school today. The manager, Brayden (so sorry if I’m misspelling!!), took my order and was so helpful, kind, and personable. Later I saw him interacting with his team; they all seemed to be enjoying themselves and having a good time while working efficiently! :) RJ was also super kind and helpful when presenting our drinks. As I said, I have not been to this location in maybe a year (or any 7 brew) but I will absolutely be back because of today’s experience with great people and a great product! Thank you!!
