Normally I have no complaints until today. I ordered one thing and got something totally different. I told her exactly what I wanted, how hard can that be. She kept saying when she pulled up my phone number it was showing what I usually get so that’s what she gave me. If I wanted what I usually get I would have ordered it. So disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered.
James was absolutely wonderful! It was my partner and my first time at 7brew. He was thorough and explained all the options to us! The drinks he helped us pick were delicious!! My new daily coffee destination!

My visit to 7 brew on N Roan St in Johnson City, TN, was phenomenal today! I hadn’t been in a while, but I decided to try something new with my kids after picking them up from school today. The manager, Brayden (so sorry if I’m misspelling!!), took my order and was so helpful, kind, and personable.
