The coffee is always pretty good but I don't like the atmosphere much. It's so loud with the music that gets overwhelming. But you're only in line a few minutes because they go pretty quick so I can deal with it. You can link your phone number and make points and get free drinks which is nice. But just like any other place where you get coffee if you pay with a card, it's always going to ask you the little question at the end and then the guilt trip tip solicitation....
Normally I have no complaints until today. I ordered one thing and got something totally different. I told her exactly what I wanted, how hard can that be. She kept saying when she pulled up my phone number it was showing what I usually get so that’s what she gave me. If I wanted what I usually get I would have ordered it. So disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered.
James was absolutely wonderful! It was my partner and my first time at 7brew. He was thorough and explained all the options to us! The drinks he helped us pick were delicious!! My new daily coffee destination!
