Awful experience unfortunately!! I used to come through every morning a couple of months ago… Now, the service has been terrible. Employees are rude and my drinks have been wrong. North Roan definitely will be getting my business.

I’ve been to this location twice and had horrible service both times. The first time I waited forever to have my order taken and to get my one coffee I ordered and they were not even busy. The second time I was there I waited again forever to have my order taken, I asked for an iced vanilla blondie half sweet and I get handed my drink with no ice???? I will make a special trip to the North Roan St 7 brew from now on.
Now THIS is what I'm talking about. Extra large frozen coffee, super customizable, is perfect for the summer.

Just wanna shout out to the girls working this afternoon, it was my first time trying here. The blonde curly hair girl with glasses was so patient and helpful. The nice girl at register made me feel at home while they prepared my drink. Such an amazing team, positive, down to earth and simply just amazing attitudes. Thank you girls so much for ending my rainy gloomy day on a positive note with a smile, I didn’t get either of their names but they deserve a 👏🏼!!! I almost forgot the tropic thunder add lemon was chefs kiss. So glad I stopped!!!!!!!!!

This location always disappoints me. Im going to only go to the n. Roan location from now on. My drink never tastes the same as the n. Roan location, looks just as pretty but something is off. I say EXTRA SWEET every time and it never gets added. If I pay in cash I have to worry about getting short changed. I gave the girl $10.06 towards my $7.06 drink and she gave me back $2. I handed her a $2 tip separately as well. It didnt register until I drove off. Like good grief, it's always something here. The wait is shorter but after 3 bad experiences I'm giving up on this location.

Recently visited this location on 05/17. Got in line behind a single car, but still ended up sitting there for over 10 min without having our order taken. Why, you ask? 3-4 minutes was spent while the car was waiting for their drinks, but the other 7+ minutes was spent sitting there while two of the workers were chatting up the customer AFTER they had already gotten their order.
One of the girls even walked away for a minute to take another person’s order that arrived after us, clearly because they knew them, as they ran over and shouted “omg, hi critter!”
Once it was our turn to order, I simply pulled through and went home. I won’t be returning to this location in the future.
