Just wanna shout out to the girls working this afternoon, it was my first time trying here. The blonde curly hair girl with glasses was so patient and helpful. The nice girl at register made me feel at home while they prepared my drink. Such an amazing team, positive, down to earth and simply just amazing attitudes. Thank you girls so much for ending my rainy gloomy day on a positive note with a smile, I didn’t get either of their names but they deserve a 👏🏼!!! I almost forgot the tropic thunder add lemon was chefs kiss. So glad I stopped!!!!!!!!!

This location always disappoints me. Im going to only go to the n. Roan location from now on. My drink never tastes the same as the n. Roan location, looks just as pretty but something is off. I say EXTRA SWEET every time and it never gets added. If I pay in cash I have to worry about getting short changed. I gave the girl $10.06 towards my $7.06 drink and she gave me back $2. I handed her a $2 tip separately as well. It didnt register until I drove off. Like good grief, it's always something here. The wait is shorter but after 3 bad experiences I'm giving up on this location.

Recently visited this location on 05/17. Got in line behind a single car, but still ended up sitting there for over 10 min without having our order taken. Why, you ask? 3-4 minutes was spent while the car was waiting for their drinks, but the other 7+ minutes was spent sitting there while two of the workers were chatting up the customer AFTER they had already gotten their order.
One of the girls even walked away for a minute to take another person’s order that arrived after us, clearly because they knew them, as they ran over and shouted “omg, hi critter!”
Once it was our turn to order, I simply pulled through and went home. I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

I usually love 7brew but three times so far at this location they try and serve me a smooth 7 chiller that is not mixed up , that is watery and icey. The first time it happen she told me the machine was unplugged. The second time it happened they told me the same thing and they did try to fix it but adding “flavor” to water and ice is only going to make it taste worse . I got a refund no problem. I went to this location again and it was the exact same way as before. Was not mixed and was white and icy . You could see the water on the bottom . Im not sure why they are serving water coffee but if you have the machine unplugged and then plug it in just be honest with me at the beginning instead of serving sorry drinks . I pay almost $7 for a drink. Please stop serving the chillers unless the machine is ready to serve . Id rather not get it than having to waste everyone’s time of a refund .
I will never go anywhere else for my coffee. The prices are great, the drinks are tasty, and most importantly I have never had a single bad interaction with any of the staff. They are always friendly, polite, quick, and accurate with everything.

Don't do the iced coffee, do their cold brew. Iced coffee means a couple shots of gritty espresso in ice water, the cold brew is chocolatey and a solid choice even if it's from concentrate.

Was there today waited way to long ! Had to sit and wait on my order when it was ready while the entire time 2 of the Blonde employees in the parking lot hanging with their friends at their cars. They came back passed out orders went right back to friends. Wont come to this one again Very rude disrespectful and unprofessional

Very fast service and Coffee on point and I notice all their locations are very easy and accessible is convenient to get to also worth mentioning is that the lines aren’t wrapped around but they are prepared to handle even in off peak hours. If I can’t have my own espresso at home this will do!
