I got the French dip sandwich and it has little meat on it. $6.49 for this is pathetic. I could have gotten a regular roast beef for less money and same meat. It won't allow me to add pic here to show how sad it is.

My mother &I frequented Arby's in Oak Ridge TN, but have not eaten there in last 6mos. as we have been homeless. Today, 2/7/25 we got an apartment in Johnson City TN and stopped by #1766. I asked Regina T. if they still had Happy Hour & she said "Yes.", so I went on with our regular order. She gave me the total and I was dumbstruck. I HATE confrontation (PTSD) so I just paid and took our food. My mother was shocked and angered. I couldn't even eat mine because I was crying hysterically. We could have gone elsewhere for that amount! We dont have extra money to burn like that! I went outside to wait for my mother to finish. Even though I was nervous I asked to see the manager. Nikki Taylor, Mgr. came up and I told her about what happened. She replied," Well, she's only been here 6 was or so, she must have misunderstood you." If you had come to me before you paid, we could have done something." I said, like what? She replied, "like taking food off until you could afford your bill." She did not apologize nor did she say she'd retrain. The incident seems petty, but it caused me and my mother great strife and WE WILL NEVER EAT AT AN ARBY'S AGAIN! Why do away with something like Happy Hour if it works...to make more money off people like us!?! Retrain your management and your front line.

If you purchase at the window, take the time to check your order. Shorted us on our order on November 19th at 8:00pm. A super disappointment for my 87 year old mom, it being her food they left out. The female manager at the South Roan store doesn't have any business being a manager...very inadequate at her job from my treatment. WE WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS ARBYS in the future.

One of my favorite places to get a great sandwich.
It is fast food so as far as fast food goes it is a good place to eat. Most people know about Arby's and their selection. I did have an issue with the order and when I called and spoke with them they were happy to oblige and I returned and got everything fixed fairly quickly.
It's Arby's. And this location has always been very fast on service for me.

Love the original sandwich with the horseradish sauce. I remember when Argus started. On the meat slicer would be a huge beef roast, today, its like Spam, only made with beef instead of ham.
Lady who took order seemed friendly, but young boy who was at window acted like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. Food was hot and decent.
