We live in Unicoi County wanted 2 grab dinner....im really unhappy about this experience. Steak nuggets are burnt, only got half an order of fries, sliders are squished & seem old. We asked for extra napkins & Arby's sauce....We got 2 napkins, ZERO sauce & paid $30. I have called 5 times but they won't answer. This is ridiculous I cant even speak with a manager

Walking today with my two dogs I was going to get a meal for myself and my dogs it started pouring rain and there really is no cover around there soi stood at the door where we could avoid most the rain unfriendly employee said in a really hateful tone I couldn't come in with the dogs I didn't want to bring them in just stay under the awning I chose to walk away from this unkind business and went to Burger King who welcomed us there shitty people out there just for the record arbys doesn't exist for me anymore

I went through the drive through after a long day of work and I have been CRAVING a Ruben all dang day and everywhere was almost closed or closed that had Ruben’s so I decided to give Arby’s a shot for the first time and I get home excited to eat my sandwich and ITS NOT A RUBEN it’s a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a small black hair on the cheese not to mention it just looked gross.

Do NOT order from DoorDash! They'll leave out half of your order, send COLD fries (it took the driver LESS than 5 minutes to go from store to the house, so it obviously left there cold!), and then deny that they fulfilled the order, even though my receipt has their store # on it. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Do better.
It really good for quick and tasty food and u can't beat their curly fries
