I’ll admit I’ve not been here in years. Picked up a few pretzels for my family and they were still as good as I remember. We will be returning.
I used to love getting pretzels and lemonade here but now they refuse to take cash? That's usually all I have on me, never heard of a restaurant not taking cash. 😑

The clerk refused to take cash for payment, said they only took card!
Would not accept cash on 12/21/2024. I don’t know if this is permanent for not. But I could not get anything there. For people who carry cash, and not cards, they cant buy anything from there.

Absolutely horrible service I went to the mall specifically wanting some pretzel dogs bc I hadn’t eaten anything and walked up to the counter and a very lazy hateful employee said “are you wanting to order something” and I was like why would I be standing there but I didn’t say that anyways the mall closed at 9 and it was 8:13 and she said we are closed so I went back to my grandmother and said there closed and so she went over there And my grandma said “are yall closed the mall doesn’t close till 9” and she sighed rolled her eyes and walked back to get her boss and she stomped out and said “do yall need something” in a hateful way and my grandma said the same thing and the worker we are closed in a hateful way so i didn’t even get my pretzel bites i wanted and drove 30 mins for

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered online so that food would be ready to pickup. When I arrived 10min later, was told they just put my order in oven. This is not the first time it has happened. Then I asked for refund so i could grab something quick on my break, but due to ordering online that was not an option. Very disappointed.
Well 10 minutes after opening and food not ready said it would take 6 minutes then proceeded to fill other orders that came after mine then stocked the cabinet before getting mine ready terrible customer service

? may be good but don't work there if you have respect for yourself .. and if you have a high work ethnic not the job for you .. management will change schedule mins before your scheduled to be at work to tell you not to come in .. or call you in on your day off if you don't answer or go in when your not scheduled you will lose hours or be fired for a botch reason. .. April is not to be trusted ..
