First, let's get something out of the way: Tanner is an excellent manager but the food, service, environment, etc... leaves much to be desired; especially when ordered through DoorDash. First ever experience with this restaurant and it was not a good one.
Tanner fixed the order himself, and of no doing of his own I'm sure, the food was subpar.
Tanner, your professionalism and talent is wasted there and you could be so much more than Barberitos! I apologize again for coming across angry, and likely rude, but nearly $100 for subpar is laughable and that's not your fault.
An example from my order is that I ordered a quesadilla and got a burrito. The bowls were skimpy, but they sure gave plenty of chips. Tanner please go elsewhere so that you do not catch the blowback for things you can't control.
Anyone giving this 5 stars hasn't ate good TexMex or anything similar to it. Taco Bell must be your baseline.

I started coming to this location after several bad visits to the other. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. James and Haley are always very welcoming and the food is top notch. This Barberitos is worth the extra drive.

I always find the service here good. Today it was especially good. Unfortunately I did not learn the name of the female presenting person who assisted me. She was wearing a pink shirt. I am vegan and asked her to change her gloves. She did. She walked me through the entire line to attempt to mitigate cross contamination because I’m vegan. They were a little slammed and she still took extra time and care for a customer with difficult dietary issues. Thank you so much. It does make a world of difference to be able to go out and get food I didn’t cook.

Barberitos seriously came through for me! I called last minute needing a taco bar for 12 people, and they had it ready in time with no issues at all. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful when I picked it up. They even brought everything out to my car and loaded it for me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The food was amazing and a huge hit at our meeting. Definitely appreciate them and will be using again!

The online menu was incredible for finding what would or wouldn't be considered safe to eat for allergies. Like the best I've seen!! It was my first time going. I got the nachos. Just beef and queso. It was more than I could eat myself.

Chicken burrito used to be great, however the recipe has changed and now the it has a sauce on it . Not very good now . Sad it used to be my favorite place to dine .

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I need to share this. I stopped by Barberitos on my lunch break with a coworker yesterday, and the first thing I noticed was the food wasn’t really hot. I should’ve trusted my gut and not eaten it, but it was all I had time forr and couldn't go get something else at that point.
Later last night, I got extremely sick and ended up in the hospital with what they believed was food poisoning. It was honestly a horrible experience. My coworker also got extremely sick.
I’m not trying to bash anyone, but food safety is a big deal. Please make sure food is being handled and served at proper temperatures so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

It's been a while since we visited however we loved the atmosphere and service. The food was fresh and tasty! The only downfall is the bathroom was being cleaned during dinner hours when we were eating so the smell of chemicals was overwhelming so don't sit near the restrooms.
