Best pizza place in Erwin and the Tri-Cities area. This place makes every other pizza place in Erwin taste like jail food. Solid 10/10 n the cheese, meats and crust. Highly recommended.

Very good food and service. Basil uses noticeably high quality ingredients especially the high quality meats, cheeses, and herbs. The crust has the perfect amount of "chew". We will definitely eat there regularly!

Wood fired Pizza with Deliciously authentic flavors hand made using imported ingredients from Italy! Try all the flavors of limonata Sicilian sodas!!! They are amazing! A true Gem off the beaten path in Erwin TN

Finally made it to try Basil Wood Fired pizza and it was FANTASTIC. As a wood fired pizza addict, I have been unable to find a local spot who does wood firing right, but my worries cease. Pizza is fantastic. I had the Pesto Basil Cheese pizza which was PACKED with flavor. I also tried the lemon Tiramisu that was also wonderful. Will be back every Wednesday for lunch for the rest of the work week. So happy to have you here in Erwin❤️

The Supreme Pizza was delicious. Can't wait to try all of the others. Outstanding crust!

This is some of the best pizza i've had in my life, the Margherita pizza is exceptional! The crust is perfect, the sauce is perfect, the cheese is just enough. They use real ingredients, not fake toppings that you'll find at other pizza places. I could eat here every day! Try the margherita pizza, you will love it, i've been there two times in the last week! So happy to have Basil wood fire pizza right next door to me! So good!

Stopped and ate here kind of by accident. I was just driving around and decided to stop. As Bob Ross used to call it, it became a happy accident. The pizza was sublime. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings were all perfect and tasted fantastic. If you are in the neighborhood, this is a necessary stop if you want top quality pizza. If you are not in the area, it is worth the detour. I'm already craving it again.

The pizza is handmade and the ingredients are high quality and the taste is absolutely incredible. 10/10 will be going back.

My family is very intentional about what we eat. We struggle to find places that serve organic food and don’t cut corners. Seed oils, canola oil, and soy are just a few of the reasons we choose not to go to most restaurants. I heard about Basil and decided to go out of my way to give them a try. I called and talked to the owners and was pleasantly surprised that their quality ingredients checked off all of my boxes for things my family can have. Oh, happy day! I am so glad that I gave them a try! The pizza did not leave me feeling bloated and was enough to satisfy me. The coolest part was seeing the basil that they grow in buckets behind the food truck. They aren’t kidding when they say they do everything from scratch! Basil, thank you for going against the grain and doing things with integrity and quality! I can’t wait for my next visit!
