Food was good, waitress was lovely. Don't remember her name but she was an older lady with dark hair, an glasses(morning shift about 10:30 I was there..) I felt bad because I really wanted to eat my food but I was having a rough morning an my stomach just wasn't agreeing with me!! I just want her to know, everything was perfect. Her service was great an what I did eat of the food was good!!

I ordered a hot family Thanksgiving meal for six and paid in full online. Called twice to confirm my order. Then on day of pickup they said they had no record of my order. Luckily, I had a receipt. Got the food and was dismayed to find it was scant. There is no way what I got would feed six people. Three at best. Had to order $50 more food to make up for it and had to wait and wait. Just not a good experience at all.

We've loved BE for most of our lives, but like everything else it has changed quite a bit and some not for the best. The service remains friendly, the portions are decent (but have been reduced a little bit) and the menu has had many changes, but the taste of some items, particularly the meats, are not the same quality. Considering BE started with their farm-to-table breakfast meats, this is disappointing! Sadly their competitor, Cracker Barrel, has done similar. With prices constantly rising and restaurants wanting the American public to eat out, it's aggravating that quality and portion sizes have not kept up as more money continues to leave our pockets:(

Food has always been good but I went in hungry today and was seated. Waited and waited. Didn’t even get offered a drink. Left and went elsewhere. Told the employee at register I was leaving because I didn’t get a waitress and she said ok.

Wonderful food and staff! I heard the manager Amanda thank a gentleman for his service because he was wearing a veterans hat! You hardly hear that on a none holiday. I was very impressed with our server as well. She kept our hot coffee coming! My grandson is two and was being a two year old in all his glory and the manager Amanda started talking to him and got him distracted so I could pay. The while team made our breakfast out with a two year old a great experience!
Everyone at this Bob Evans is exceptional! We eat here regularly and the food, the service is always great no matter how busy. Everyone pitches in and helps each other out!

Was greeted by a waiter named Shawn. He came with a great attitude. He did very well serving my wife and two kids. I am delighted to gave this experience as most younger men don’t or put in effort with their jobs . This young man did well I’m glad and will be back . Thanks Shawn!
