I waited 21 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Two of the sandwiches (that I ordered to be identical) were made incorrectly and somehow also both different. I didn’t have time to address the issue with the staff, as the wait time had already made me late. The staff were all friendly.

Stopped here today to get a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. When I opened it the top part of the biscuit was split in two and falling off the sandwich. Made it very difficult and messy to eat in the car. Never been served a biscuit like that before. Not sure what their problem was today but they shouldn't give people food like that. Will skip this location next time.

Absolutely unacceptable fast food… I’ve asked for extra seasoning on my fries 4 times in a row now and there was literally not even the normal amount they usually put on them, the staff is so careless and also rude it’s like they just wanna get out of there and don’t put any passion into their work. The side eyeing and bad attitudes are ridiculous this place needs more mature staff it’s gotten so so out of hand lately

This was the first time we have ever been to a Bojangles and it was great. They was willing to work with my mother's pepper allergy and was really nice about everything. They was willing to check the ingredients for us to make sure what she got had no pepper. The names of the people was Aiden and the manager Zack, they was really professional. The food is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it. To top it off, the bathrooms are clean, and that's more than I can say for other places. I can't say for all shifts, but the shift and this manger has his team in line and doing great things. And they had an amazing setup for Veterans Day. Keep up the good work guys.💯 Thank you again to Zack and Aiden.

The food was nice and hot. Tasted freshly made. Instead of day old. The employees treated me like I was family.
Parking: The parking lot is handicap friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking area is easily accessible. The entrance door is wheelchair friendly.

Only eat breakfast there and use the drive-through..
Bojangles is always good. But we went with a large group, and the folks after us had a little bit of trouble. They were short-handed and switched register operators it was the older lady that is usually on the dining room floor that took over. There was someone who came in and was screaming at her, and that got her flustered. The folks with us said they felt sorry for her. All in all, we still got good service and good food.

We stop every time we are in Johnson City. Food is always fresh and employees are always friendly. We really enjoy the breakfast and of course their amazing sweet tea!
