I wish I could find how to add a receipt. When I PAY for something to be well done I expect my hard earned money is paying for a meal to my liking. Who likes squishy bacon and borounds. Twice in one week I’ve paid for WELL DONE and that’s not what we recieved. If your employees want to be “smart” maybe they need another career instead jipping their hard earned customers money. Last time I had to go home and air fry my food. Pathetic customer service.

Usually I worry about the consistency in quality of the chicken but this location has it down pat. Absolutely the best one around here.
Being our first time in TN, we arrived right 20 minutes before closing time and called ahead to let them know we were coming. The night manager was amazingly sweet, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service without making us feel rushed since it was our first time trying it. Thank you for giving us a great experience with great food! This is the best one to stop at because of her.

Nice to hit a bojangles on our trip. Was not happy for the wife to tell me worker was in the bathroom and walked out with out washing their hands. The person was not working at the time but not good to see.

We ordered lunch. 2 piece chicken dinner and chicken tenders. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was so clean. I was very impressed. The girl was constantly cleaning as soon as someone left. She was on it! Thanks for great service and fantastic food. You all rock! We will be back.
