This is consistently the best fried chicken chain. And this location was pretty perfect. The chicken is awesome. The guy working was quite friendly. And side were also good. A great spot.

Being our first time in TN, we arrived right 20 minutes before closing time and called ahead to let them know we were coming. The night manager was amazingly sweet, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service without making us feel rushed since it was our first time trying it. Thank you for giving us a great experience with great food! This is the best one to stop at because of her.

Nice to hit a bojangles on our trip. Was not happy for the wife to tell me worker was in the bathroom and walked out with out washing their hands. The person was not working at the time but not good to see.
