The pairing dinners are wonderful and we get to try new things and definitely get our money's worth of food and drinks.
Virtually empty restaurant, 7 other tables.
Started good. Hostess not at the front table, waited 5 minutes. Waitress was friendly and concise.
Did not receive the normal dish of bread. Ordered appetizer.. shrimp app came out with water in three minutes, before we even placed dinner order. Shrimp was luke warm, maybe 90-100 degrees. Good presentation.
Food came out.. It's almost as if all of the food finished, but the A la carte au gratin potatoes took longer to cook, so all of the food had to sit and wait. The potatoes were piping hot, everything else was 90-100 degrees.
The Brussel sprouts were overcooked, the outside charred and even tasted burned. The scallops were actually undercooked.. everything else the temp was noticeably low.
Presentation was great though.
Our waitress only visited us once. Someone else brought us our food.. the waitress visited to refill my water glass, and we saw her bouncing from table to table.. There were only 8 tables and two waitresses.. but she didn't visit us for 20 minutes after we finished eating. So about 40-45 minutes.
No dessert.. just trying to get out.
I can say, the other waitress checked every 5-10 minutes on all of her tables. She was very thorough and I heard many comments about her.
For the price point of $110 dinner.. we just expect more. We are also in food service on a corporate level with the 6th largest company in the world, and see these things daily. If you want to be the best, do not reinvent the wheel.

Place is great but certainly could use some improvements in a few areas. Service is usually kind of spotty, food is above average but a bit overpriced for what you get. Doesn’t feel like there is much personality to the place. Still a nice establishment but it needs some pep in the step
The food and service are very good. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Always a local favorite! We love coming here, brunch is excellent— Bang Bang Shrimp Eggs Benedict will completely fill you up! Dinner selection is always great here!
They are open for lunch now. So we thought we would check it out. Would be great for date night. Disappointed because they don't have a lunch menu so everything was pretty pricey for lunch. So we splurged. The waitress was great. I thought the food was a little overpriced but it was good. I would go back but I would order a less expensive meal.
Ordered parmesan crusted trout. Very greasy. Crispy on one side, slimy on the bottom. Very thin and tasteless. Green beans were hard. Not undercooked, but hard. My rice was a clump, but tasted good in spite of being sticky. First time I've gotten a nasty meal. Glad I have no more gift cards. Will not return.
I have only been to Bonefish once before and so tonight, my partner and I decided to try it out. He got the salmon, and I got the chicken. Upon first walking in the restaurant decor itself holds an ambiance but it is quickly lost when no one is there to greet you after a couple of minutes of waiting to be sat. Our server didn’t come to the table for almost 10 minutes, and when she did, we were ready to order. I have food allergies and requested a different vegetable as a side. She was so confused that it took about 3-6 minutes for her to realize what we were ordering. She put in our order, got some bread, and never came back to check on us until she brought the food. She brought the food and the green beans had bacon in them that was soggy and gross. Our server never came back to see if everything was okay with our meal. She came back only after we were done and dropped the check. The green beans were cold and the spinach tasted canned or frozen, not fresh. We were both highly disappointed we spent over $60 for food and got that.
Fresh delicious seafood in Tennessee of all places. Superb
Mussels. Cold cocktails, Hot crab soup. Delicious crab cakes. Wonderful place for a romantic date or get together with family and friends.
Had a little bit of a rough start, but Tripp (manager) was awesome and saved the day. Cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the food or leadership at this location!

We had a wonderful dining experience! Our server Sarah was spot on as always, and the manager Tripp was so patient to help when we had a hiccup with a gift card. Even on an unexpectedly busy Sunday evening, the service was outstanding!
First time eating at Bone fish and it was AMAZING! The food was wonderful and so was the service. The server took care of all out needs and the manager came to our table and thanked us for visiting and gave us a card for a free appetizer for our next visit. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. It was 10 out of 10 experience.
