Went to get some wings and drinks tonight. Sat at our table for fifteen minutes, others came in behind us and were served drinks before we were even addressed. Hostesses very confused and kept asking for help from other staff and was ignored. We finally got up and left. We are now at Blue Moose, so you lost this sale! Not good management in my opinion!

I sat for 25 minutes on my lunch break, after ordering on the lunch menu with no food. The only explanation given was that there was a big order before mine. You need to hire more help if you are going to be open and offer lunch specials. People do not have all day to wait.

After waiting almost 45 minutes for 6 wings and a wrap, we told them to just bill us for our drinks and we would leave. No manager came by to check, waitress had not stopped by for the last 25 minutes or so, we finally caught her when she stopped at a table close by - who also said waitress had not been by in a long time.
