We arrived when the restaurant opened and even though it was empty the hostess said we would have to sit outside because we didn't have a reservation and they are booked on Sundays.
The entire time we were there, never once did they get busy. She could've just checked to see if she had reservations but apparently that would've been too difficult so instead we had dirty outside tables. She wiped down most of it but the seat I was in still had a layer of dust.
Had it actually been busy, I would've completely understood. This was someone wanting to have attitude.
There is nothing online indicating that reservations were required for indoor seating.. she also said we just have to call ahead.
Okay. It was a 20 minute drive. So if we had called ahead - even though they didn't have any expected guests, we would've been able to sit inside.
Food was great and the prices were great, but I'm not returning somewhere we are clearly not welcome at.

Went to Sunday brunch with my husband and had some of the worst service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I ordered a mimosa but was brought back a plain glass of champagne. We were charged for every small cup of coffee my husband ordered, and each time he asked for creamer, it took the waitress ten minutes to bring just one. The food was overpriced and bland. I’m not sure what the hype about this place is or how they have good reviews but we won’t be back.

My wife and I visited for Sunday Brunch. Our first time coming here even though we’ve driven by our entire adult lives. Cannot believe we’ve been missing out this whole time. The restaurant setting, the service, the menu, the food, is all top notch, and exceeded our expectations. My wife got the crab cakes Benedict and I got the chorizo tacos. Again, everything was wonderful!!!

Food is fresh and appetizing. It is a place to go sit with companions and visit. Service is a little slow at times.
Lunch was good but nothing memorable (except for the always wonderful brown butter cake). This was my first lunch visit. I am wondering if the restaurant has changed ownership. I'm a loyal visitor here and have never had a bad meal but I feel like it's missing something that it used to have in food and service.

One of my favorite lunch spots to go to. Always great, friendly service. Excellent food & relaxing ambiance. My go-to is the Italian panini with a Caesar salad, truly incredible every time. Owners are very nice folks, very glad this staple has been around for a while now.

Never disappointed with the food or service. The Lola staff is like family and work well together. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Great bar and food selection. Definitely a “go to”. Always a delight. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The $4 mimosas on Sunday are so yummy. The atmosphere is relaxed but contemporary. Photo of breakfast croissant sandwich and quiche. Both explosions of flavor.
