Spent almost $20 and had to throw our order away. The cookies are raw in the middle, which is a great way to get food poisoning. They're trying to clone the Crumbl Cookie recipe, but the difference is, Crumbl uses powdered egg and so is not dangerous to consume undercooked. With that out of the way, no one inside will answer questions and the phone is very rarely answered. When I asked if they have anything for people with nut allergies, I was rudely told "The menu is online" and hung up on. Hope you fix these issues as allergies can be life-threatening and not disclosing an allergen warning is kinda dicey. Good luck.

Great local place to get cookies! The cookies are cooked perfectly and not done too much! The size are much larger then a normal cookie!
This place is legit. The cookies are enormous and so good. Yes, better than Crumbl. HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely be back.

I swear I thought I'd left a review on here. Yeesh!!! OK, yeah the menu is self serve ... but not ONCE have I come in and been ignored. Actually, I think y'all know me by name 😂. Anywho, I've tried almost every cookie and I have never ONCE been disappointed. Maybe I've suffered from a delicious sugar meltdown...but I was still smiling. LOL. Both of y'all are sweet, friendly, helpful, and polite. I LOVE coming in here. I brought my sister and her kids, who live in Knoxville and they LOVE the cookies. I only allow my mom a snippet here and there (insulin dependent diabetic) but she LOVES the cookies. I've brought cookies to friends and other family members and THEY LOVE the cookies. If I could give you a 10, I would!!! Right now, my favorite is Tres Leches. TO DIE FOR!!!! The Oatmeal...dear lorT! Sugar Cookie, Nutter Butter, Guava...I could go on and on. 💜💜
