I've enjoyed Charlie's numerous times while working nightshift. today I shared with my family ( including my doggo). we all loved the cookies. they always taste amazing. the banana bread is one of the best things I've ever tasted

Local? Authentic? Friendly? Affordable? All of the above! This place is AMAZING! We can't believe we hadn't been here sooner since moving to Johnson City. The staff person made us feel extremely welcome and answered every question with enthusiasm. The vibe is cozy and makes you want to hang out there.
