Stop this morning for the egg white Muffin combo as I normally do two to three times a week the drive-thru took longer than a few minutes when I finally did get my muffin it was not edible the bread was so hard it was like a brick try to call and get it replaced twice no response

Never got any food because after waiting in line for 6 to 7 minutes to receive breakfast, where it was 10:32 I was told there was no breakfast and then I would have to order lunch I was in the line before 10:30 and was still denied lunch after it took THEM 6-7 minutes to move the line I was the one penalized

I've always had a good experience at the store. A few days ago the owner passed out free Chick-fil-A sandwiches to every customer on a gift card. I don't know your name but thank you very much! My mother is in the hospital, I don't have much money at the moment and it's going to be my supper tonight.

I do not recommend this Chick-fil-a if you are even somewhat in a hurry. I waited at the drive-thru over 12 minutes in line to get my food. Never got it. Didn't have time to wait any longer so I left!!

The food here is average. I noticed a trend at many fast food places in Johnson City: the food is never great or inconsistent. I rarely go here now because I have been to some excellent Chick-fil-A that goes above and beyond, and the food is wonderful at those places. The price at Chick-fil-A is too expensive to get so-so food

Slowest Chick-fil-A line I ever experienced.

I don’t normally like this place so I don’t go, but today I wanted a lemonade. I am one of 3 cars in line on a Saturday at 7:30am. I had to wait 6 mins before my order was taken, pulled up, and waited 8 more minutes PER CAR in front of me. I was stuck in this drive thru for over 30 minutes, right at the cusp of where you can pull out. I only ordered hash browns and a lemonade and when I got to the window to pay, they took my card and only gave me hash browns. I told them I ordered lemonade too and they said I didn’t. I paid $4.58 and my receipt had a lemonade on it. After showing them this, she was very rude. I finally left with UNSWEETENED lemonade and cold hash browns. So disappointed and this is why I don’t come here lol. Lesson learned but others be warned.

Wow. You don’t do extra heat??? I was told they can’t cook it any longer than the timer. That’s a bunch of bull…the one across town does it all the time…it’s called good customer service. I will take my business across town. I should have known better.
