Love Chick-fil-A, but I don't recommend making a catering order at this JC location. Scheduled for pickup at 11:30 am. Then, take to the gym for a volleyball team on their break. Would've timed out great if they were on time with the order, but we didn't get the food until 12 pm. That's unacceptable. The team will have very little time to eat and will probably have to wait until their next break. By then, everything will be cold. Wasted my time and money. Do better Chick-fil-A!

Best fast food experience I’ve had. Went through the drive thru. Unfortunately I can’t remember the young lady’s name but she was very kind and recommended hot sauce to put in the cheese sauce if I liked spicy stuff and it was delicious. The extra mile that the employees and management go here is really refreshing to see. Would come back every day if I could.
Very good place my first time here and everyone was so sweet a new place I will be going to again 10 out of 10 recommend

My fries are not fresh, taste like the grease needs changed. The lady failed to say my pleasure and forgot my kids meal toy. My sweet tea taste like water down sugar.

It is so sad how Chick-fil-A is going the way of every other fast food restaurant! They changed their fries .... They are not good! They also got rid of their best side coleslaw. I would rather pay a little more to keep the quality. Sorry to say I don't go as often as I used to. Down from multiple times per month to maybe once. Not impressed .... Sad about the terrible change. Losing a loyal customer.

Wish I could give this place a 10 star! I went in during a lunch rush and don't know if I was lucky or whatever but my food was out in 3 minutes flat! Normally takes about 15!
Lately this place has gone down hill fast, fries were stale like so stale I only ate them from desperation. The new drinks dragonfruit taste completely different than people street. The drive thru has to repeat the order 3x and still get the wrong food.
This is the third time I've ordered a sweet tea in app to pick up inside. Every time I go in there's at least three people behind the counter and I wait 5 minutes for a large sweet tea. Front counter and service staff totally need to be retrained.
