I've always had a good experience at the store. A few days ago the owner passed out free Chick-fil-A sandwiches to every customer on a gift card. I don't know your name but thank you very much! My mother is in the hospital, I don't have much money at the moment and it's going to be my supper tonight.
The food here is average. I noticed a trend at many fast food places in Johnson City: the food is never great or inconsistent. I rarely go here now because I have been to some excellent Chick-fil-A that goes above and beyond, and the food is wonderful at those places. The price at Chick-fil-A is too expensive to get so-so food
Every single time I've gone to chik fil a they are always so kind and have amazing service. Everyone is just so happy to help and it feels as if everyone is welcome. I went today and ordered 5 meals for my family, they brought it over to us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. 11/10 workers at this location. Their Mac and cheese is also phenomenal.
