Just picked up some take out. turkey BLT, and the OG chicken salad sandwich. Fast, clean, and great food. Staying in a hotel it was a wonderful option to find. Bonus they support girls softball!

Writing this review in hopes of bettering this place. Rating 3 stars because the food here is delicious but the service can be lacking. About 50% of the time my order is actually correct, there have been many times where they have left out a side I paid for. My biggest concern is the lettuce greens are always old and soggy. Every time I order the classic salad about 2/3 or more of the lettuce is not safe for consumption because it is old and soggy, it takes about 4-7 days for lettuce to look like this so this is not acceptable... Please stop giving customers old greens! Throw it away! I really love this place despite my concerns, so please fix these discrepancies.

This was my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick and definitely won't be my last! I had the Fancy Nancy sandwich and the flavors were fantastic! Definitely get a piece of the White Cake when you visit!

First time dining in. Staff reviewed menu and options and even allowed a couple of salad samples! If there were 10 star grading, this place deserves it!!! Definitely will return on my next travel trip to Johnson City!

Really bad. The bowl of soup was about the size of a a tiny tea cup. It was oily and awful. The portion size is a joke and the person working the front knew the bowl was small but did nothing to fix it. Never coming back. I don't care if they give me a free dinner. This place really sucks and way over priced.

I had a lunch scheduled to be catered to an office and 2.5 hours before the lunch caterer canceled. I was in a major dilemma. Chicken Salad Chick jumped right in and agreed to accommodate the lunch for me. They were so kind and helpful! The food was amazing and the lunch was saved!!! I am very grateful for their kindness, help and amazing food!!
