I found most of the food to be cold it was about 3:00 when I went. I saw them bring some fresh food back from the kitchen but then they threw the old food on top of it. Things like chicken should be hot and it was Stone Cold or rubbery not a good experience

Excellent buffet! Vastly better than the lousy one in Johnson City, better than the (now closed) one in Elizabethton, and even better than the one in Abingdon. Friendly staff all the way down to the youngest boy, with excellent appetizers, and excellent General Chicken. Go now!

Buffet. The flavor of the food was good but it wasn’t hot. Some items had set too long and were hard on the bottom and cold on top. Had the temperature been higher and the trays stirred regularly, the food would be better.

My honest opinion
This restaurant has hot food and incredible service. If people tell you they don’t they are either pick or wrong. This business has been growing in gray for over 20 years and more. The food is good and valuable, and it’s very cheap for all the options it has on the bar. Their waitress is very friendly to all the customers. They focus on customer number 1. Everything is clean. Some reviews are just straight up lying.

Been coming here for awhile l. The food is hit or miss but the stuff is nice that being said today I let them know about the food being chewing so I got something different again that plate was also old tasting. I told them what we can do about it she told me it will be full price I told them I will not pay full price but im willing to pay something for least trying it they didnt want to budge final they told me the will take 2 dollars less but was fighing me on that still so I paid and left ND want to warn you guys on what you can expect

Everything is consistently delicious for Chinese food cravings here! There is a large variety and all of my favorite items are on the bar. The coconut chicken and black pepper chicken are especially outstanding. The meal is a great value for lunch or dinner and the restaurant is very clean. I enjoy dining here regularly and it is my all time favorite Chinese food buffet!

This was hands down the worst Asian Cuisine buffet in Tennessee or really that I have ever been to. The food was old and dried out, the sweet and sour chicken was as hard as a rock, and the hostess was constantly on her phone completely disengaged from her job. Even the lemon on the lip of my tea cup looked old and discoloured.

The service was good but the food was cold and had as if it had been there for a while. Noodles were dry and the chicken was dried out! Still chicken fed for buffet. Do not recommend

Me and my friend Holly eat here frequently and I'm always grabbing a to go plate from the buffet a couple times a week! I think I'm hooked on China luck! Anytime i walk in its very clean! I love the food and all the staff is very nice! I love always talking to one very nice women who has known holly since she was a little girl and she's the best! :) I see her a lot and wish i can remember her name!

When food is fresh and hot, it’s good. I’ve been 4X and found it’s hit or miss. I do NOT APPRECIATE the sticky floor and stained carpet or the chaos of children riding tricycles and staff talking on their cell phones.

It was a good lunch for a Sunday morning

Their food is on point their Togo orders give u a bunch of food the service was good and it was clean
