I am furious! I ordered a burrito on DML — my usual 3 pointer veggie burrito, and THIS is what I received. I spoke with a young lady in a tank top and flip flops about it and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I will not be back.

Cold food, no queso when paid for, portion sizes so small my toddler doesn’t even get full. Rude workers at pickup window and stale chips. I understand this review means nothing to the powers at be, but i hope you all are ashamed of yourselves.

It was a typical Chipotle. Good, but not great. In their defense, they had just served a busload of High Schoolers (soccer team I think), so the place was a mess, but as soon as the bus left, I saw crew cleaning up.

I paid 50 dollars for my order and I was missing multiple ingredients. Steak, queso and even beans for one of them and those ingredients are not cheap. Reached out to customer support and also had an even worse experience with no offer of compensation considering it was the stores fault and not mine. The closing crew sucks and so does the management that continues to let this happen.

The best part of my meal was the Barq’s rootbeer. Rice tasted waxy; steak was tough. Server/preparer could not hear us ‘New Yorkers’ over the background noise causing us to repeat our selves constantly. Yes, I’m a Karen but not usually THAT Karen

This is a decent chipotle some vary due to location this one one was a little busy maybe because it was the only one in the area. Food was good and fresh once again because of the busyness of the location.
