First time trying this place. Was told it was better then steak & shake. It was not, not even close. The food didnt taste good and only got 5 small onion rings with my meal.

We usually love the cook out. Probably been to at least 10 different locations and the food is always good but never had anyone be rude til yesterday. The guy taking the order in the drive thru was very rude and mocked me making fun of my accent. When I got to the window he was nowhere to be seen. I will still visit the cook out just not this one in Johnson city, TN
