I loved our visit here with a big family, so all types of eating requirements I was so pleased to have the vegan option and it was delicious. Updated from previous review on 2025-07-19

Very large servings of delicious food. BBQ Nachos & Spiral potato chips were both excellent.

One of my favorite places to eat in the Tri-cites. Many options to choose from and friendly staff.

More than half of our dining party said they were disappointed in the food. Main complaint was over cooked, chicken was charred and chewy. The meat on other entrees was charred. Buns were burned and nachos chip also burned. Have eaten at Cooters before but a different location. Everything there was top notch at other location.

Went here for both lunch and dinner. The homemade Tamales on Tamale Tuesday were excellent. Had the Fiesta Fire Chicken sandwich for dinner, great with chips.

Fun decor, nice staff. But the real star I found was the smoked bologna sandwich. Don't laugh, it's a magical delight. Get it, enjoy it, repeat.

I usually go there all the time not anymore. Quality went way downhill. If you don't leave a tip they'll spit in your food.
