Service suck's waitress never came out to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the pork was way over cooked, it so dry it could have been used for kindle, ordered a Italian and the bun must have been left over from last year it was hard and crumbling. Very sad I've heard good things about this place.

This was one of our favorite places to eat while in Johnson City Tennessee!
The location we visited was across from ETSU. The service we received was excellent. Our servers introduced themselves with a smile and were delighted to provide recommendations since we were new to the Cootie Brown experience.
Food was so delicious and the portions were more than we could eat in one setting. I also made sure to try their famous Key-lime pie, and it did not disappoint. It’s such a fun atmosphere, and the artwork around the place was great too!

The hostess did not listen to our request to be seated inside. Many tables were available inside but we were still ignored when I asked for inside again because of the wind. We are senior citizens so maybe she figured we did not care. Luckily our wonderful waitress saved the experience from being totally negative. Further the food was good..

I head up here about once every three months to see an ole high school friend. Always go here and have an awesome time and awesome food. Probably the one of the best restaurant/bars I have ever been to. Can't miss here.

We enjoyed Cootie Browns and the whole atmosphere. They are busy but when you taste the food you will see why. The key lime pie was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Will be back again

I ordered a black bean burger, which fell apart, ate it with a fork...other than that it was okay.

We went to the hostess table, but then another party of two, who arrived after us, was seated before us.
Order for wine, placed with food order, arrived after food.
Steak in the ribeye sandwich was at least 1/4 gristle.

Next time my $ goes elsewhere.
