Food quality has really dropped at our local CB. The biscuits are either stale and hard, burnt or taste like they were made with old ingredients. Our waitress was quick to tell me they didn’t have any blackberry jelly, but amazingly found some for a gentleman that was seated behind us. I know finding folks that want to work and produce a quality product or service is difficult, but if CB doesn’t figure it out and bring their food quality back up, their sales are going to continue to decline. So sad to watch another restaurant chain run itself into extinction.

It is my understanding that Cracker Barrel has a DEI policy in place and I will no longer be a customer
Had an issue with my food, but it was handled immediately and beyond expectations! Our waitress, Leiah (on the receipt because I didn't read her tag 🤦♀️) was so good!!! Busy while we were eating, but she didn't miss a beat. Highly recommend this location.

My food was Luke warm, fries were burnt. By the time our server came back to our table, my friend was already done eating. He also kept putting the coffee pot on our table while serving another. Tried to get his attention, but no luck. Very disappointing and he was a 4 star 😤🙄

Probably the worst 2 meals we have ever got from here. Was looking forward to the campfire meals. That was a complete waist of money. As you can see, one potato cut in half and the chicken was dry.
