Store manager SCREAMED on the phone after they failed to deliver my order over an hour later. Claimed they "tried" but there was "no apartment number" and "no phone number"... made us text a screencap from our account that showed both were there, only to turn around and claim that online orders aren't their problem, and that they could remake it but we would have to go pick it up. Horrible customer service. Manager should be fired for being abusive to customers.

Kid-friendliness: Staff and especially store manager are rude, abusive toward customers, and overall NOT safe for kids to be around or witness.. actually, generally not safe for HUMANS to be around, regardless of age, but definitely do NOT subject your kiddos to the unbridled psychopathy of the staff here.

Ordered delivery. They left the pizza at the door and lied about the notes on the order. Refused to send me a copy of them. Unless you want your pizza cold and have outside animals eating at it, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Had to repeatedly call 3 times until they finally answered just for them to charge 40 dollars for the most mid pizza I've had with little to no sauce. Also the weird guy working the drive through was extremely creepy.

We ordered and it said it was ready for pick up we got there and sat at the pickup window for about 10 mins when someone finally came we were told that it was just being made at that time.thus has happened many times.

Update:
Well it came 35 mins later -- Was NOT remade and was very blantely cold and solid. So all in all it took over 2 hours to get our food.

Placed an order online, waited over an hour. Called the store, was put on hold for 5 mins and it kept cycling. The guy who answered was really nice, standard customer service but he let me know theyre short staffed and the drivers are limited. They offered to remake the pizza and send it on its way ASAP, So lets see if they actually do.
We've been waiting over an hour since we placed the order , all for a medium pizza and some chicken.
Ill update this if the order that comes is correct...

A couple yrs ago there was a choice to get marinara sauce as the main sauce in pizza and it was the bomb even had like some tomatoes and a light spice baked in to it , add mushrooms and pepperoni with thin crust some garlic knots and a vanilla or vanilla and chocolate mix brownie and a 2litsr all for 20/25$ total and I'll never forget this meal.

Quality control here is a joke. Last order was a philly cheesesteak sandwich and buffalo chicken pasta. The pasta was good, well-mixed sauce, loose pasta that was easy to eat. The sub? Burnt to a crisp, obviously lived under a heat lamp. This was all visible the min I opened it, so whatever manager is handling the "quality control" here is sleeping on the job. It was inedible.

Last night I ordered again. Went for the pasta again since it was the only good thing last time, and a sub. The sub was undercooked but edible. The pasta was disgusting - no sauce whatsoever, just clumps of cheese with some buffalo sauce squirt on top. It wasn't mixed at all, so what arrived was a clod of pasta all stuck together with a slab of cold cheese on top, and some hot sauce squirts. Attempting to get a forkful led to the entire dish lifting out of the pan in one concrete like clump.

This is the only Domino's that delivers to my home. I went back because I got an offer for free pizza after my first visit. Even so, I was overcharged for the second visit. There will be no third visit.

Whoever the manager lady is that's doing "quality control" (her name started with an A - Audrey maybe?) is way out of her field and obviously just doesn't give a dang about her job or her customers.

I ordered on DoorDash that sends dominos delivery ppl with the order. My order was never received and they have no record of an order that was sent out but never delivered. Extremely unprofessional. They also refuse to give me a corporate management number to resolve the issue. Door dash will not refund because dominos is responsible for delivery.

My family has ordered with this dominos more than 4 times in the past few months and every single time the pizza is more than an hour late and cold and hard. We love dominos and have a loyalty for the pizza company yet every single time we have ordered the past 5 or more times this has happened and we say we won’t order again but we do and it happens AGAIN!

Tried to tip driver 8 bucks on a 22 dollar order but he said he didn't have change to give me back. So I had 40cash n asked for 10 back on a 22 dollar order.... he looked at the money and said I don't have change... like I'm going to hand him the whole 40 smh.

Night shift is unreliable. Ordered twice now and will say delivered and no food has shown up. They are lazy about answering the phone and put you on hold. I would recommend never ordering food from here during night time. This place is a joke
