Usually one my favorite places to order.Last 4 times I been either the girl at the window is to damn high to do her job, they can’t remember who’s food they are looking for, or 1 guy is working while the rest are outside smoking and hanging out. Sat there over 30 min after my food was ready because they said they was working on it. Got my order cold, and they didn’t even cut the damn thing… idk who the Gm is but someone needs to step up and get this place back into shape. I love domino’s but prob gonna start going somewhere else for now on. To many problems recently

The Dominoe's near ETSU did pizza proud. We ordered 4 pizzas for a maintenance guy who was leaving. The pizzas were exceptional! Great favor and full of toppings.

Placed a delivery order 11:25 pm. Told it was in quality check at 11:38. Only to look an hour later and it's still sitting there in a hot bag. Was told that they didn't know when it would get here. Glad I wasn't paying with a card for once. Horrible service.

If you can get your order made by someone that isn't high, you'll sometimes get something decent, otherwise, orders are often made wrong, missing toppings, burnt, etc Half the time you do an online order an go to pick it up the person forgets to put it in the system.

Can't express how much I appreciate your services over the phone. Thank you Courtney, for all the communication you gave me today. You are an "Awesome Manager!!! Pray Domino's realizes how good of an investment they have in you. I live out of State and you truly helped with an issue that I couldn't have resolved myself! I don't know how much I spent per person but my total was close to $70.00,including tax,delivery charges and 15% tip.

Got some wings from here and they were undercooked. They still had blood in the middle of them.

Ordered a pizza and chocolate lava cakes for pick up on 2/11/24. It took 45 minutes to receive my food. Waited in my car for 30 mins. According to the tracker, it took 35 mins for them to simply put it in the oven. That's 35 minutes just to prep a pizza. My wife ordered pizza hut at the same time and finished eating her food before I received my food. When I finally received my food, I did not get the extra cheese I ordered. The pizza looks stale at best. Overall very disappointed
