I enjoy coming to this Dunkin's I come to this dunkin every day for the past 3 years when I need to study in the library. The drinks and food are typically great, But I've noticed the environment sometimes feels tense behind the counter. There have been moments while I have been waiting for my drink or sitting down at one of the tables where it looks like and sounds like there have been some employess to other empolyess where it seems like uncomfortable interactions or not very supportive to other staff members, where it seems like some staff members are being treated not well by other staff members. Im not trying to blame anyone, because I dont know the situations behind the counters, but i hope managment can encourage a more positive and respectful workplace so both employees and customers feel more comfortable. There was a time a few months ago where i went into the bathroom where one of the dunkin employees were crying on the phone with some about being mis treated by other staff members and i feel this is not okay and shouldnt be going on behind the counter.

The girl working there with red hair is nice to customers but incredibly rude to her coworkers. She was yelling at, making comments, and making fun of other coworkers when I was there. It was not in a joking way.

Both times I've gone here I've had to wait for over 15 minutes to even have my order taken. It was delicious but it's like the employees lacked motivation.

This is the absolute worst location on the planet. Sitting in line for 2 sandwiches 14mins then asked to pull around back and we are now been here for 27mins and counting. Someone in corporate please do something with this place, your losing customers like crazy because of incompetent management

Literally every single time I've ordered here they mess up my order, and then are super rude and short when I ask politely for what I actually spent $8 on. I kept going because it's conveniently right in the building I spend the majority of my time in, but it's so nerve-wracking ordering because the staff are just so bitter and angry to have to be there, and it's even worse when you have to ask for your actual order.

Edit: turns out they charge up to $2 more for most menu items, don't show their prices anymore and when I ordered the same green tea at a different Dunkin it was significantly cheaper. Bad practice considering they're serving students who are already paying thousands to be there. Like, just greedy.

The food and service is as expected from Dunkin. The Einsteins Bros Bagel location provided 1 dollar coffee refills for students who purchased Tumblrs there. It was the easiest way for me to drink coffee as a poor college student. Since Dunkin does not have it is harder for me to enjoy myself at the library.
