I just wanted to shout out to Raya the shift lead. I was getting gas in front of this Dunkin and noticed a kitten trapped in my engine. She and a diesel mechanic next to me helped us get him out. She was awesome!!

Wonderful employees store was full and they still took time to replace my drinks

Visited the Milligan Hwy, Johnson City location at drive thru. The young lady handling my order - whew.
1) she had what appears drippy red dye in her hair 2) red dye all over her hands
3) when she read back my order she was wrong - & when I corrected her she replied “that’s what I said” in a very condescending way
4) 2 latte drinks were 3/4 full

Worst part — I believe I caught her taking a picture of the back of my credit card with her phone. Wasn’t 100% sure but she had my card in one hand and pulled her cell phone out of her back pocket - then appeared to snap a pic quickly. She pulled the phone out, clicked something in the direction of my card - then immediately returned the phone to her back pocket. The phone was not ringing and would not have needed a clock to stop it from vibrating. I will be reaching out to district management for a full complaint.
Be cautious at this location.

Always enjoy going to my Dunkin I call it mine because the people always welcome me making me feel wanted. Ms Holley Davis always greets me with a smile and says hello and she takes my order in a very professional manner even if i can't make up my mind. Holley will make suggestions and it has not failed yet all of those suggestions are have been delicious. All the servers are friendly. Holley is just awesomely nice. Dunkin is fortunate to have her.
Store Location I got to is on Milligan hwy in Johnson City, Tn.

Dietary restrictions: I have recently got a diagnosis diabetes. When I ask about content or ingredients most are are fairly informed. Ms Holley looked at some contents of drinks and told me the drinks sugar contents allowing me to keep my sugar intake under control.

This place is garbage every time I go in I get garbage attitude from garbage people first off the people in there don’t know how to dress other tattoos colored hair other shows with the piercings and and all of it. I get bad service bad food, bad coffee places, not up-to-date with the rest of the other Dunkin’ Donuts don’t go here if I could rate you less stars, I would, nobody likes to give high-fives there the girl that took my order tonight. Her fire her she was extremely unfriendly, so was everyone of the staff members and they dress like garbage they need to cover up there cats they need to have nicer haircuts tucked in shirts and they need to look appropriate for work number one and when someone comes to you, you be back shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts I will never visit another Dunkin’ Donuts again, and you have to do quite a bit to offend me that’s a hard thing to do and I’m a veteran disabled veteran on top of that and I got treated like garbage and I paid for my drinks we’re done and I’ll call corporate and believe me you haven’t heard the last me or my friends because they won’t neither go to the Milligan Johnson City Dunkin’ Donuts whatever you do, and if you do slap somebody !!

Love this location and the staff but the watery espresso machine needs fixed!!! Been going on way too longWeeks later: replace the espresso machine please. For those of us that don’t get our drinks doused with sugar-and like to taste the espresso- the machine needs replaced, cause apparently the people that fix it cannot fix it.
