This is the second time I have went through the drive thru and ordered a butter pecan large ice coffee and they didn’t add the butter pecan flavoring either time!!! Waste of money if you can’t get what you order!!!

every time i go to this dunkin my coffee orders are always wrong and gross. they don’t know how to make orders correct. i would give 0 stars if i could. what’s so hard about making a coffee the exact way someone orders it? you're supposed to make it how the customer wants it.
