Sunset Dr Johnson City TN. Dunkin Dounuts service depends on if there are professional staff. Today it was not when I take the kids we ask for classic sprinkles (normal sprinkles as In The photo) They seem to be offended at times when sprinkle donuts are requested. There was no friendly service at the outside order when I went to the window there was lots of laughter ( nothing wrong with enjoying your job) But when I saw the donuts I wondered if what they gave me in the box was the reason. The donuts looked as if they were smeared with fingers. I checked the box as you can see in the photo frosting wasn’t removed on inside the box. I was told he didn’t feel this could be malicious. I asked did he believe they did not noticed how messy they were? If you ever go to Sunset Donuts do not leave without opening your box clearly they have very unprofessional staff that will serve sloppy items that could have been touched or hopefully not licked. Most would never want to serve these to customers.

I just got off the phone with the manager. Apparently they have a new policy can’t take more than two orders at the line or allow to drive through the line…. I’m a care giver and work extreme hours so do my co workers and we just wanted coffee for the night!!! So I guess no coffee,,, the lady on the speaker was a smart woman speaking to my coworker…. They rather lose costumers and have bad service

Typical Dunkin' donuts. Coffee was a little on the stale side but the muffin I had was very good.
I want to thank everyone here for taking care of me. I ordered via app for the store in Piney Flats, it even said it was ready to pick up, but those jokers didn’t even show up to the store today. However, I called and the Sunset dr location was open and kicking butt. They took care of me and saved my little girls birthday.

BLANK YOU DUNKIN!!! Apparently, the company itself, not this particular location, conspired with ad agencies to ban placing ads on Rumble because Dunkin claimed Rumble was a "RIGHT - winged culture" platform. Well, I choose to drive RIGHT past All Dunkin locations!!!

Lobby and mobile ordering are usually closed at this location due to $5 coffees not being profitable enough to hire employees to run this location. Forcing everyone through the painfully slow drive through when\if it's being staffed... Probably should just shut this location down if you can't pay people to work it anymore.

Coffee is on the menu board “M - $2.79” I get charged 4.89 but that’s okay…I wait 15-20 mins in the drive thru just to get a half full cup for double the price and it’s cool enough to chug. I shop at Dunkin every day and spent hundreds of dollars a month here and I just don’t know how this can be acceptable
