Fazoli's is amazing! Doordash doesn't give you options to customize it but the workers at Fazoli's fixed it and gave me exactly what I wanted!

This place is actually pretty decent. The food has never looked good to me but I finally gave it a try after living close to one for a few years. I was shocked at how good it was! Though I will say the pizza tastes as sad as it looks. I do not recommend the pizza at all. The bread sticks on the other hand, I could eat several of just those! The meatball sub is good as well, the fettuccine, baked spaghetti and stuffed shells. Now dont expect authentic italian flavors, this place is as Americanized as you can get. But If you've been on the fence like I was, definitely give this place a try.

Fazoli’s in Johnson City is Amazing. I stopped by last night for dinner and was greeted by the most wonderful employees. “Gena” took my order, and was so kind and helpful to answer questions I had about menu items. She was very prompt with putting my order together and I had everything I needed included. In addition, I spoke to another very kind employee named “ Rebekah. She answered questions I had about sauces.I could tell the employees there were working hard to get orders together and working as a team. Someone was cleaning the dining area as well.Another kind employee, I failed to ask her name but was middle aged with glasses helped me with my order of additional sauces. The food was impeccable! So wonderful and piping hot. The sauce amount was perfect for the pasta! I can only wish other area restaurants had the same exemplary customer satisfaction goals as Fazoli’s. The price per meal was great for the amount of food given. I will be back not only for the e food, but the amazing customer service as well! Kudos to you Fazolis for having such wonderful employees, such as Rebekah and Gena- and the other staff working. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Well it's been several years since I have had Fazoli's but it's not going to be long before I go back. I would almost say it's worth just for the breadsticks but they are just the icing on the cake. I got the baked spaghetti and it was outstanding. My wife got the baked ziti and it was just as good. The breadsticks were hot, buttery, and perfectly garlicky. I can't wait to return and you shouldn't neither. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!
