This guy lace rocks if you’re a Milligan student. They updated their menu this year and it is ten times better than it had been in previous years. There food is pretty good always tastes good but sometimes there’s some crunch or uncooked rice in my burrito which throws me off. The staff are always friendly and the amount of food you get is plenty to fill you and way better than the alternative in the caf.

Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.

My family had our after Christmas lunch gathering at The Firehouse. Ten people, six adults, one teen and three kids had wonderful food and drink. Tom Seaton and his team accomodated us well during the luncheon time. From appetizers, to the platters, the ribs, the kids' meals and Jessica's superb service, we were very happy with our meal at The Firehouse today. Thank you also for the large table and space where we could have our gifts until time for the exchange after the meal. We can highly recommend The Firehouse (as always) for great food and excellent service!!! Support our local businesses!!!

We visited Johnson City over the weekend for ETSU family weekend. Best BBQ we’ve had!! The pulled pork platter was sooo good! We will be back!! 100/10!!

The food isn't fresh, but it is good.

Felt like I was in someone’s basement eating leftovers. Trashy establishment.

Awesome set up for Students who need a snack, want to fellowship, or just hand and study!

Bad grill. The staff are amazing! Food is not consistent. Drink machine often broken. Incredibly overpriced. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that it is much better than the cafeteria option on campus.

We love BBQ and are always seeking new places. This one is near to historic attractions in the Johnson City/Jonesborough, TN area. Very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly. The wait for our food was long, the place had basically emptied by the time our food arrived. It was hot and plentiful. I like the flavor of the pulled pork; the sauce was nothing special. Good Slaw and the baked beans were ok. Friendly service, nice people. I would not go out of my way to revisit, I would go back if I was in the area.

We have eaten with Firehouse for years and never did they disappoint. Q is good , and so are their sides. Atmosphere is also pleasant and their staff is friendly.

Always great food- pulled pork platter, beans, and tater salad. Savannah was my server and she was awesome! Just wish I didn't have to drive two hours one way to enjoy this restaurant. They were following COVID precautions.

It’s been awhile since we Texans - home of REAL bar-b-que - had tried it somewhere else. The meat was tender & well-seasoned. I’m still not fully in on the vinegary taste of NC/TN, but Firehouse made it rank pretty high. It seemed to be well-spaced & clean, a big concern for us as we travel during a pandemic.

It is hard to cater food. With that said, the setup and clearing out was very well done. The pulled pork was average. It was a little dry and lacked smoke. The sauces were mild. The sides were mediocre. The tea was fresh. The slaw was kinda weak. Some people like that. I may try them again inside.

We were in town visiting family and of course had to have Firehouse. We picked up BBQ to go, pulled and slice (sliced is my favorite). A side of some of the best baked beans ever and spicy sauce and the only thing you need after that is a nap.
