Takes a lot to make me happy as I was a chef for a decade. I got the parmeggiano hash and it was great, well done, I will be back, you are now my new favorite breakfast joint.

Excellent meal and service! Thomas was super friendly and on top of everything we needed. He had great suggestions. The Ham and Gruyère was delicious, loved the mixed greens with the lemon vinaigrette dressing. Tomato basil was yummy too! Very clean and good vibes inside. One of our fave places!

Wonderful food and people! I lost $350 the last time I was here and they found it and saved it for me… amazing and honest! I eat here every week!

Drove 45 min for breakfast morning of my birthday. Ordered salmon eggs Benedict and my mother in law ordered the florentine Benedict, everyone else at our table was served before me and my mother in law and were practically finished when we got our food. The food was terrible the egg was a hard boiled egg slapped together on some bread. My greens had no dressing and were just that, dry greens. When we said something to the server he was rude and took our food away and my mother in law went to tell him that everyone else is done and to not worry about it to which he rudely replied “ I already started making it” to which she said no thank you. Disgusting way to treat customers . Thanks for ruining my birthday breakfast.

We absolutely adore our breakfast at First Watch. This place is simply fantastic! It’s conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the Carnegie Hotel. The food was absolutely scrumptious, and the service was top-notch, especially from Thomas! The blueberry pancakes were to die for, and the traditional breakfast was just perfect. And let’s not forget the Chickichanga - it was a true five-star experience! We’ll definitely be back for more!

My wife and I enjoyed a late Sunday breakfast...
I had the Lemon ricotta pancakes and she had the ham Benedict.
The coffee was hot and fresh (a must) and the food was promptly served!
We always enjoy our visit to First Watch!
