The place is nice the food is great. The customer service is lacking. If they improved the way they speak to people it would be a 5 star review.

One of the friendliest places in the Southern Tier! I walked into Five Guys in JC today and mentioned to one of the staff, which may have been the Manager, that this was my first time at Five Guys, and he turned toward all of the other workers and announced that I was a newbie to Five Guys. Him and the entire staff gave me an unexpected, but much appreciated, warm and friendly welcome. I hadn't felt that welcome since I had dined at a Waffle House in South Carolina! He then told me that my meal was on the house! I found this experience to be refreshing and thought to myself that we all need to be more generous, kind, and friendly in today's world which seems to only get more divisive and less welcoming each year. Thank you Five Guys staff for making my evening a special one!

Ordered two things. It was not crowded and they got the order wrong. The food is good but to ask for a tip at the counter when pandemic has been over now for a few years, is ridiculous. Your prices are way too high and you want us to tip when you're not serving us at a table. It's no wonder why five guys is closing a lot of stores. Not worth coming back.
Stood at counter for exactly 7 minutes before I was acknowledged....and that's only because I said something.

What an absolutely disappointment this was. My friend and I went in. We got 2 small burgers, one large order of French fries and 2 drinks. And we spent $36. The food was not the greatest. I definitely will not ever go back to 5 guys. Burgers I do not know what the big shout about was but I think it's gone Downhill. Does that look like that's $36 worth of food. I think not.

Expensive
Just wish they wouldn't salt fries. They are always too salty. Everything else was good.

The reason why I'm giving Five Guys a three-star is they have free peanuts which reminds me of a bar I went to when I was a young kid. However being that as it may, 995 for a double burger it doesn't taste good at all. That's why I would give it a two-star because it's better than most burger places but still you can make better burgers at home. The fries were okay and the milkshake was okay. Overpriced overall

I love it here
Very good burgers, but a little pricey. You get a ton of fries. Lots of toppings and condiments to add to your burger.

Haven't been here in many years, best hamburger i have ever had, ordered the hamburgers, forgot it had 2 patties, I'm a big guy and couldn't finish it, fries were fantastic, it wasn't cheap but I don't mind paying for quality

5 Guys has really gone down in quality. Used to love it, but maybe the price hikes as influenced the taste. It was over $50 for me, hubby, and our 3 year old and wasn't worth it. Service was still pretty good.
