Love this place! I first came here because everything is gluten free… everything else is so amazing and not like cardboard (if you are gluten free you know what I’m talking about). It’s so good and her cupcakes….. 🧑🍳 💋 Service is amazing!
My husband and I were in town visiting family and found this cheerful and vibrant plant based spot. The food was home made, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I had the meatloaf, brown/wild rice, and lime slaw.
And we cleaned her out of all her cupcakes. :)

What a beautiful surprise… a vegan cafe in East TN!
Honestly, this is one of those businesses that you just can't help but be thankful is in your area. I stopped in randomly today and will most definitely be a returning customer. The smoothie was great, and the food was even better; the lobster roll and lime slaw were both delicious! Frannie was super welcoming and extremely accommodating.
