Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I got a plain steakburger and a small order of fries.... The burger was hot and delicious the cheese was melted the french fries were perfectly salted it was a perfect portions I will definitely be going back for another one. I didn't try the ice cream stuff but my roommate eats it. I love the steak burger.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! #1 I ordered a Hotdog with chilli, Sauerkruat, and mustard. What i got was a hot dog with chilli, cheese, onions, Sauerkruat and mustard. #2 Also the fries had zero seasoning/ salt on them. #3 when i pulled around to get my refund for the order they messed up, a red headed, young girl came to the window to proceed to argue with me about what happened and didnt want to give me a refund, until I stated id leave a horrible review, so then she promptly gave me the refund I was owed and she told me not to come back.

Food is alright, if they dont jack up your order. If they do, be prepared to possibly deal with her and be argued with. She needs to be fired IMO. Ive never encountered such an interaction at any restaurant for any reason. Extremely rude and unprofessional and 100% unwarranted behavior from an employee, much less a shift manager.

I've always been a great fan of Freddy's but this particular location has definitely seen better days

Soda was water down and tasted terrible. Seems to be a common problem here that management lacks the common sense to fix. The large tater tots weren't the large that I paid for even though they insisted they were. The one in Kingsport is so much better. This location is slow and inefficient

Ordered a simple combo through the drive thru on my lunch break, pouring rain, get back to work and they put 2 fries and no burger in the bag. Call the manager and ask how anyone can be that stupid. She offers a refund. That's great I'll get my money back for the food I did not receive. How about my time wasted? Gas wasted? The fact that I didn't get to eat lunch today? You owe me a refund, what are ypu going to do to make it right? Horrible.

I have gone twice in the past year as we only come here for the winter, but decided to try JC Tn weather in the fall and we went to Freddy’s and the burger I got had two of the biggest patties on it and it was absolutely delicious. But the ice cream was the cherry on top so to speak.

Fast and fresh

One of my favorite restaurants to grab lunch, dinner, or a sweet treat. Their steak burgers are incredible, and their frozen custard is the best! The staff is friendly. The location is convenient. Service is quick. The property is clean. And the rewards system is great!
