Wow. It was great. The food was delicious. Fast service
I went to take my little brother for ice cream after karate practice today. I ordered 2 one scoop ice cream cones and my total was $6.99..You would think when you get an ice cream cone the actual cone would have icecream in it -nope not these, just a single scoop on top and a dry cone to finish. The look my little brother had melted my heart, very disappointing.

We really liked Freddy’s in JC until my husband’s burger had a hair in it, and we contacted them via the online form almost 4 weeks ago and have not received a refund or any response other than “We have escalated your comments to the local Franchise Group.”
