Becky was SO kind and patient with our eccentric 5 year old. Love Becky. I’d never had German food before but it was 10/10

Unfortunately not a good experience this evening. We hate to have to give unsatisfied reviews. Took about 45 minutes to get our food (only 3 other table occupied in restaurant at the time) The schnitzels on mine and my wife's plates were on each other plate. We had to exchange with each other. Our broccoli was luke warm at best. My hot potato salad was like warm and tasted nothing but a little vinegar splashed on potatoes. We both had the saw through our schnitzels with a sharp knife.
I ended up just picking mine up and biting it. My mothers chicken on her sandwich was over cooked and tough as well. She tried cutting it with the one and only sharp knife we were sharing and the sandwich ended up destroyed.
Very disappointed. Expressed our dissatisfaction with our very sweet waitress and she said she will let the kitchen know.

Food is amazing, but I am irritated at the fact I ordered food to go and they didn’t give me what I asked for so I went back a second time just to have it messed up again.

Food was not great. It wasn't spoiled, but I would not recommend this place anymore. We used to come here before covid when we lived here. This was our first trip back. The sourbraten was cold with a gelatinous gravy placed on top of halved potatoes with no flavor. The pork schnitzel was thick-cut and topped with another kind of gelatinous gravy they called jager sauce. The chicken schnitzel was thick and tough. Plating was unattractive. Red kraut was crunchy and undercooked. Pan fried potatoes were cut into large chunks and not crispy at all. Bavarian potato salad was large chunks of boiled potatoes tossed with vinegar. Overall, very disappointing experience. I doubt the owner knows this is how the help is serving the food in the restaurant. I would be really upset if it were my place.

The schnitzel and red cabbage were excellent. The German potato salad and sauerbraten was just okay. The beer was ice cold!
