WOW just WOW never had an experience like the one I had on Valentines day. I will give props to the Manager she was very nice but she may want to have a chat with her employees.

Ordered a birthday cookie cake for my granddaughters birthday picked up Sunday July 14,2024. The cake looked as if a child had decorated it and it was extremely thin and crunchy. was very disappointed had a large group of people at our home for her special day and we were very upset to open this cake and see all the guests faces . Will steer clear of ordering from there again.

Ordered a birthday cookie and selected asap. Waited an hour and arrived to ask if it was available or how much longer- was told “well, we get the full two hours”- as 4 employees were just standing around chatting and goofing off. Looked and saw they had 6 pre-made and ready to be decorated. This company boasts, “custom cookie cakes in 15 minutes” right on the box. Guess not the case for this location. They were too busy hanging out. Oh well. Got the cake- 2 full hours later and watched them continue to piddle around. Cute decoration- just horrible service.
