Extremely rude staff. Food is normally greasy and burnt. The manger or owner follows people out into the parking lot to confront them that happened over two weeks ago.

Great toppings, cheese, and overall pizza! Been coming from out of town to eat their pizza for 30 years when I can.
spent 50$ on two pizzas that were thin as crackers. Asked for well done and they were so limpy everything on top fell off. Won’t be going back.

Horrible!! Gregg”s was first place I would visit when I come home to visit. Not ever again! Please advise your long time loyal customers that you no longer serve the casserole style pizza that we all knew and loved. Now, the crust is thin, the cheese is cheap and has no taste, and the toppings are meager, and the price is higher. Frozen would be a better choice all the way around now
If you want a great pizza with terrible service this is your place. I have never been treated by their employees the way I was today. I don't know who this person was but they don't need a job in customer service. She is lucky that I wasn't willing to catch a charge for choking her tongue out of her throat. For over 35 years I have been a customer of their establishment but after today I think that reign has come to an end. Hell will freeze over before I darken their door again. I have never been more disappointed in my life.

So disappointed. I’ve eaten at Greg’s for 30 years. The food has always been delicious. This spaghetti didn’t taste at all like the others. It had zero seasoning and the noodles were way overcooked. Called it in, was told 25 minutes ,I waited 45. $30 for crap. Lost a good customer.

Their large pizza is a joke. For almost 30 bucks it is ridiculously small. Won’t go there again.

I have been eating Greg’s pizza since I was 5. This is not a Greg’s pizza. I live in VA and we had not purchased one in 7 years. I even noticed a Difference then, but nothing compared to now. The crust is hard and very different. They put Little amounts of sauce on it, and not much hamburger. The box is even different. We couldn’t even eat the pizza. When before , we would be taking it home to even eat the next day. Just a big disappointment. Very expensive for what it is now. Please bring back the original pizza. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

The quality is terrible because they don’t background check employees. I was engaged to one of the managers for a year, so I got the lowdown-if you want addicts with no food safety skills making your food, and a fake atmosphere hit up Greg’s. I only said that the pizzas were good to be nice lol
I got a 12 inch everything but olives an sausage Let me tell you it was the best pizza I have bought in a long time there it was delicious The time was 4 So whoever was making pizza then You done n it great
