The quality is terrible because they don’t background check employees. I was engaged to one of the managers for a year, so I got the lowdown-if you want addicts with no food safety skills making your food, and a fake atmosphere hit up Greg’s. I only said that the pizzas were good to be nice lol
I got a 12 inch everything but olives an sausage Let me tell you it was the best pizza I have bought in a long time there it was delicious The time was 4 So whoever was making pizza then You done n it great
The only reason I’m giving the service and atmosphere a star at all is because zero stars isn’t an option. Woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude, left me on hold, call was disconnected. I called back, same deal. Very rude. Then my call wouldn’t go through, as though my number was blocked. Friend called, went through the same thing with the same woman. Finally placed an order. Last time here. This place used to rock.
Hey this a good pizza joint we drove from churchill tn 35 to get pizza and the wings where just awesome not over spicy just hot and delicious thanks for being awesome
We were in Johnson City from Florida, which we had lived in Johnson City years ago and went to Greg’s pizza many time. Their pizza was wonderful this pizza here after I get it. I find out that you changed hands. This pizza is not any good. It’s missing something we got a Small sausage, mushroom and extra cheese. It was horrible so I would not recommend buying pizza from a place called Greg‘s Pizza in Johnson City, cause it’s not really great pizza anymore.
Pricey but they don't skimp on toppings.
Still a JC treasure!
On 5-1-25, we ordered a large pepperoni, hamburger, & extra cheese. Was just change short of $30. Got it home & opened the box & it smelled soured. I ate 3 pieces & it tasted ok, but not right. Nobody else would risk it so now I've got about $22-$23 worth of pizza in the garbage. I've VERY disappointed. I'm 54 & this was ALWAYS. my favorite. Always vote it Best Pizza in the Tri. This may be the first pizza I ever ate as a child. So disappointed. It'll be a long time before I can go back.
I haven’t lived in Tennessee for over 20 years and every time I go back to visit family we stop at your place. The food is amazing. It Brings back memories from my childhood.
Delicious pizza and sandwiches! A nice pizza shop if you're from Elkhart, IN and craving some Volcano's. 😉
Had not had a Greg's pizza in while. Thought I'd give it to try since it's been awhile. The staff were very rude and disrespectful. They were cursing each other and were rude the customers. Not the place I remember. Definitely want be back.

Sorry to see Greg's go downhill. Pizza was very bland and without much sauce. Pizza had some kind of finely ground meat that had a horrible texture. It was like sawdust. They've definitely changed the recipe.Gluten free pizzas are a joke. They burn them up. You could not beat the old Greg's pizzas. Won't get my business anymore.
I love Greg's Pizza. We get it every time we visit. Don't forget tne Elkhart, Indiana location too. 😋
It's Greg's of course it's always good
My husband and I stopped in to get food and we ordered spaghetti which was mediocre and bland. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was good. We had previously tried a pizza and it was very disappointing. The dough was burnt and covered in grease and totally inedible and it found its way to the trash. The customer service was good and the staff was polite but the owner was very hard on his staff in front of customers which was a turn off. And the prices are way too expensive for what you get. This place needs help and this would have been 1 star if it wasn’t for that friendly staff.
This is better than pizza in
