I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The atmosphere, the food, the owners, it’s all so wonderful. The food is always warm and delicious. The price is fair. Owner is dog friendly and just the best. I will ALWAYS recommend this place.

I'm a ramen junky. I've had it from FL to SC to TX to Chicago to Asheville and all in between. I though I had some of the best tokatsu ramen there was. I was wrong. I've not tried anything at Hanas other than their ramen but they do that broth for like 72 hours and it traditional bone, collagen and marrow. OMG!!!! They will also spice it up for you from a mild 1 level to a nice but manageable 3 level. I've told the owner they need to go to all the other places serving ramen and teach them how to up their game. You have gotta try the tokatsu ramen and you will come back again and again.

Have been twice and will definitely be back! The food is phenomenal... very unique and fresh. Our waitress, Erin (sp?), during our first visit was amazing. Relatable, friendly, attentive. Both dining experiences have been less than stellar, though. The food is good enough that Hana will be on our regular rotation as long as they're around, but the service and housekeeping could use some major improvements as it was a hot mess both times we went.

The first time we went, the hostess gestured vaguely to the other side of the room expecting us to know which table to sit at. Figured maybe she was new and just didn't know how to do her job yet.

The second time we went, the hostess was just as aloof and clueless and not at all attentive. Staff seem unorganized in general. We were taken to a high top table in the bar room while we waited for another table in the main room to be cleared. They asked for our drink order while we waited and tried to give us menus and silverware, but I declined until we were seated at our permanent table because that was just awkward and would have sucked having to carry all of our tableware and beverages across the restaurant. The floor in the bar room was also incredibly sticky and pulled my shoe off when it was finally time for us to transfer to our permanent seating. My food took also took a lot longer to come out than the rest of my table.

Omge love this place. Was just driving by the area and was really in need of hot soup. I ordered the vegan ramen. Ive eaten many many vegan Asian soups before and have to say this was the first time ive seen so many delicious vegetables at once. I was initially going to eat it at home but it looked so good, I went ahead and ate in my car! The soup was super tasty. It had carrot,broccoli,peppers,onion,mushroom, seaweed. All extremely fresh and tender. It was my 1st time at this restaurant and I spoke with a very knowledgeable lady whom I believe has to be the owner. She showed me all over vegan options that they have-which are plentiful and assumer all her vegan meals are 100% vegan - which is quite difficult to find in my experience. I will def.come again and this is now my favorite vegan place to visit. Wish I took a photo but i scarfed the meal before even thinking about it

The food was okay, except our guest had the drunken noodles and only ate half because it was so salty. The lady seating us seemed less than enthusiastic to have us. She sat us next to the kitchen which was very noisy with the plates clanking even though we could have been placed in a much quieter area since only a few table were filled. Another guest didn't get her soup until the meal was nearly over and salads were still wet with dressing on top. Sushi was okay. Doubtful we will muster up the energy to try again.

Ramen was incredible and exactly what we wanted. The portions were filling and tasted perfect. Bathroom (family) wasn’t very clean but it wasn’t horrible. Can’t say the atmosphere was exciting but the wait staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. Prices were reasonable and menu had a great selection.

Tonkatsu pork ramen was great nice broth for sure, egg comes cold I was told by kitchen after I found it strange never had cold egg in my ramen bowls i recommend trying.
Pad Thai is a nice portion doesn't taste authentic it needs veggies only has bean sprouts on top no other veggies,but this isn't a Thai spot, I don't recommend.
Shrimp tempura sushi is quiet bland on its own but it comes with a nice sauce to smear on your sushi I don't recommend though shrimp was small could only tell there was tempura.
Service was very nice from our waiter. The kitchen closes at 8:40pm and they don't let you know so if you want to order more forget about it they won't let you. We were told that tonight when I wanted to order something to go and dessert. Waiter didn't mention orders stop at that time though, i kept the menu so he just forgot to take our other order before kitchen closes early at 8:40pm (not 9pm closing time). First time here might come back try other stuff on menu and get the pork ramen again most likely.
