Ordered to original bags from here with 3 hot hams, 1 double cheeseburger, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks. They pulled us to the curb to wait for fresh fries, waited about 10-13 minutes. Get the food and the fries are stale, and the older lady that brought it to me went to the door and started smoking after giving me the food. That attitude was the most uncaring, rude, and unfriendly feeling I ever got at a Hardee's. Will not recommend them at all. It's no wonder their parking lot is only full during breakfast. Their lunch isn't worth it. Do not ever go here after 11 am.

Would not recommend going here on your lunch break even if you’re using the mobile app to be faster, it’s quite the opposite. I went in this morning and went to the online pickup counter and was completely ignored for 15 minutes and when I finally spoke up I was told that my order wasn’t ready without even checking and when I said I think that’s my food right there, gesturing to my exact order that had been sitting in the window the entire time, the cashier turned her head and began taking the order of the next person in line. I have never been blatantly ignored like that ever, it was extremely unprofessional and rude not to mention I was late going back from my break. I had to just leave without my food that I had already payed for since no one could be bothered to even speak to me.

The lady who took my order for 2 biscuits and some strawberry jelly had to keep getting someone to come over and she kept putting her head on her hand and leaning on the counter "she stated she had narcolepsy" in that case she shouldn't be working a job where you consistently fall asleep and can't get anyone's order taken. I spent over 20 mins and repeated my order at least 10 times before another lady came and took my order. All the employees were rude and I will not be back to another Hardee's even if I was starving!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my kids or grandkids here with the people working there.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had handicap parking and ramps to get in.

I was asked to pull into a parking spot at the drive-thru even though there's nobody behind me. I asked why, they said their drive-thru time is monitored. If I pull into a parking spot it will register that they had completed my order even though they haven't.
When food was finally served, the manager yelled at me that I had made their drive-thru counter 6 minutes. I said that's how long it took, so you made it 6 minutes, not me. There's a reason that corporate monitors this. Shouldn't they have an honest metric of how long I was in the drive through? That's what the drive-thru timer is for.
She told me I'm not that important, there's other people to worry about and then slammed the little window.

This is by far the worst Hardee’s in the entire Tri Cities area. Everyone who works here is incompetent, slow and toothless. On 10/11/24 around 12:00pm I was the only car in the drive thru, the only person in the whole restaurant in fact. It took 5 minutes for anyone to even speak to me at the speaker and then it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. The cashier didn’t even say “it’ll be a few minutes on your food” or anything, just shut the window. When I got the food it was barely warm so what was I waiting on all that time??? UNACCEPTABLE

Terrible customer service. I simply ordered some food and didn't specify I wanted the special so I was given an attitude by a girl named CARLA. The manager the lady with pink hair was also rude and I simply wanted it fixed because of the 6 dollar price difference. The food was cold and seemed uncooked. Not satisfied at all and I will never return to this location.
