I picked up breakfast on Dec. 7 at drive through. The woman who handed me my food has the worst attitude of just about any human I have ever met. No wonder your lot is always empty. I will never return.

We went in for breakfast and got two separate orders. The first order one biscuit was severely undercooked, and the other was severely overcooked. The second order, the biscuit and gravy was incredibly undercooked although the gravy was good. The biscuit was not edible. I went back to ask for a different one and got an incredibly burned biscuit so I’m not sure if there’s some sort of joke going on.

I'm going to give 5 stars on here because the employee dealt very well with an extremely rude customer that was claiming to be a possible franchise. If that is how a Hardees franchise member treats employees I would rather starve. However my experience at this location has always been pleasant and the food very good. Hardees get your franchisees under control, your employees are are your biggest assets and they deal with alot.

Went to get one regular hamburger and it was so old it was dry and couldn't be eaten. It was replaced with a fresh one but the first one should have never been sent out.

For some odd reason it took me 10 minutes to reach someone at the window and an additional 20 minutes for my food to be brought out to the side door this is honestly shocking how slow it took to get my food like do better there’s no reason to be waiting that much time to get a small order absolutely ridiculous especially when nobody’s actively inside the restaurant and there’s no long line

I ordered 2 smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuits via the drive thru. Came to the window and my order was not even registered. The employee took my ordered but gave me a regular smoked sausage biscuit and a separate egg and cheese biscuits. When I was at worked and open the bag, I was quite disappointed but there is no way to go back while at work. Very unsatisfied customer.
