I was apauled when I walked in here a few days ago! Came in for dinner before I went to the ER. Walked in and there was a gentleman leaning on the front counter. He very disinterested in taking our order. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant at this time. While we were waiting this gentleman went into the lobby to put chairs up onto the table DURING normal business hours(we were here at around 430pm,they close at 11pm!!) AND during this several of them fell to the floor and made a huge racket. The manager yelled from the back "STOP DROPPING THE CHAIRS!!". Once we did get our food I asked for a packet of ranch dressing and was told by him "we can't charge for them, only can be given for chicken fingers". I just wanted 1 for my fries. He then repeated the same answer so I turned, walked to my table saying " this is BS, I am never returning". Sat down with my friend, lone behold a few minutes later he comes over with a few packets saying his manager said it was ok. No way am I ever coming back here. The service was horrible, the employees attitudes need adjustments. No wonder why the parking lot was empty.

Second horrible experience here. The first time, 2 workers were outside in back smoking. Finished their few more puffs and took my order. Today, I ordered 4 burgers and 1 large order of fries. Cashier told me to pull up she'll bring out the food. 10 min later,I decided to walk in. Nobody in drive-through or dining, burgers bagged and fries sitting there. Nobody around. She comes up from the back of the restaurant, bags my fries, and says, "Oh... sorry about that." Fries were old and cold. 1 burger with 2 bottom pieces. Everything else was barely warm. Terrible!

Just witnessed an employee standing outside smoking near the drive through line , after she finished smoking, she came straight in and started filling order , never washed her hands, just straight back to work

Slowest restaurant around. I've been here several times and they always take at least 10 minutes, sometimes more like 15 minutes,even if it is the simplest, smallest order.

I go to Hardee's alot for breakfast an the woman that was in the drive-thru today was so rude, she gave rude looks, she didn't greet me or nothing at the window, no recept, no napkins. I asked her if I could have mayonnaise an she huffed at me, I understand working In fast-food is difficult because I used to work in fast-food, I didn't like her attitude was very unprofessional.

Ordered the number 3 with cheese and a Large Diet Coke. I got a small hash brown when I paid for a large, they were cold so I was only able to eat three or so, my sausage, egg, and cheese had very little egg and they put two sausage patties on it! Way too heavy and too much to eat. Not what I ordered. The only part I was able to enjoy from this meal was the Diet Coke. I don’t normally do reviews and wish I could leave a better review but just disappointed in the last few times I have visited this place.
